They run a full fleet: sedans, SUVs, sprinter vans, mini buses up to 23 passengers, and traditional limousines.
We love that coverage extends beyond the city to Southern New Mexico, and Juárez. We think this is useful for events that don’t start and end inside El Paso’s limits.
Corporate and VIP clients are the core audience here because the service is professional and discreet. We like that their drivers follow high health and safety protocols. Their vehicles have Wi-Fi too.
Our only complaint is that some people have told us about accidental double bookings. Several said it was a bit inconvenient having to change their plans.

He was very professional, showed up on time, and never made us feel rushed ( we had 2 elderly and a baby in a car seat). When it was time to leave he was there on time. I highly recommend. Of course they offer all types of limos.”

People we interviewed told us their airport transfers from El Paso International Airport, Las Cruces Airport, Juarez airport, and more have always gone smoothly.
We love that their selection of limousines is massive and ranges in budget too. Their SUV limos are just as roomy as their luxury Chrysler 300 stretches.
They even carry mini buses for those group outings. Customers love that all of their vehicles have: fiber optic lighting, tinted windows, full bar, climate control, privacy divider, phone, and DVD.
However, it can be a bit of a hassle sometimes when calling in to make a reservation.
A few people told us that when they specified the type of limousine they needed and for how many people, it wasn’t always available on the dates they needed. We’d suggest booking in advance.

“My daughter had her XV this a Saturday and she said that the driver for the party was so respectful and so sweet with all the kids on the party bus. Every time I have used this company we’ve had nothing but great drivers. The people in the office are so friendly also. They helped by putting in drinks so that the kids had drinks. But from what we’ve heard, their customer service is what gets them repeat bookings.
People told us their staff takes interest in helping with the limousine selection, so that it fits the customer’s needs. They ask questions about style preferences, routes and more.
We like that their staff walks people through their fleet of limos too, letting people check out whatever one they fancy.
The vehicles itself are a beauty. All of the ones we’ve seen have flat screen TVs, DVDs, fish tanks and even fire places.
Their rates are on the lower end too because they start at $75.
All of their luxury limos are driven by expert chauffeurs, who are fully licensed and highly trained professionals. We like this because customers don’t have to worry about being with a driver who speeds on the highway like a speed racer.
However, we will say that their drivers can do better with being on time. A few people did complain about waiting 15 minutes past the quoted pick up time.

Elegance will roll one out on arrival if customers want it. We think that’s the kind of detail that turns transport into part of the event.
For corporate clients who need a polished, private ride, the executive limo option handles that quietly and professionally.
We also appreciate how smooth it is to book from their website the kind of limo service needed. Their online customer chat is helpful too, in case hiccups pop up.
That said, we recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance for events. During the spring and fall wedding season, their calendar fills fast.

For a wedding party where the bride needs to arrive composed and on schedule, the right chauffeur is as important as the right vehicle and Class takes that seriously.
The drivers are trained specifically for high-end client interactions. They are punctual, professional, and good at reading the room.
Their fleet covers weddings, quinceañeras, anniversaries, business travel, and event transport. The vehicles are equipped with the standard premium setup: leather, lighting, bar, and audio.
We like that they also do corporate and general city travel. Customers told us that their drivers even make pretty good town guides, due to their knowledge.
The competitive pricing is another thing that drew us to them. People we interviewed often mentioned getting more than they expected for the rate they paid.
But, Class Limousines is a smaller operation. So, their calendar fills up during peak May-to-October wedding window.
