Her team is spot on with aftercare and double checks the alignment of everything.
Patients also love the atmosphere. People mention walking in feeling anxious and leaving feeling genuinely cared for. Appointments run on time too.
The practice also offers Invisalign alongside restorative work, which is useful for those needing more work done.
One thing to flag is that Awesome Smiles is a general dental practice that offers implants, not an implant-only specialist clinic.
For highly complex cases involving significant bone loss or full-arch restoration, a specialist periodontist may be a better first step.

Dr. Robles is an excellent surgeon and anyone would be glad to go to him for help
“I was brought in for a consult on a bad front tooth and we set a a plan for fixing my teeth that included pulling a tooth and several bridges. After dentist removed my front caps and working on the bad tooth he said he thought he could save the bad tooth. So only replacing the two front caps. Saving me money. Both techs were also very polite. Went to see Dr. Robles in Jan 24 to get a tooth pulled in so I could receive an implant. Everything worked out well with minimum bleeding and pain. Today (May 14) went to see Dr. Robles to see if the gums where healed enough to start the implant process. After x-rays and looking at the area of pulled tooth Dr. Robles and I decided because of the way the bottom and top tooth come together there is no need for an implant.This saves me a lot of money. Dr. Robles is an excellent surgeon and anyone would be glad to go to him for help.”

Patients who’ve had implants done elsewhere and come to Caribbean Dental for a second opinion often comment on how differently Dr. Li approaches the assessment.
The consultation involves a full review of bone structure and gum health. If the gum tissue is compromised, that gets treated before any implant work begins.
Dr. Li explains upfront to his patients what will happen and he gives a realistic timeline based on their actual condition, not a best-case scenario.

Dr. Frank Feuille and Dr. Bryan Kalish are both Diplomates of the American Board of Periodontology. This is a credential fewer than 1% of all dentists in the US hold.
Their practice focuses exclusively on periodontics and implants. That narrow focus means every decision, every piece of equipment, and every member of staff is oriented around this one area of dentistry.
The consultation is detailed. Assistants use visual aids to show patients exactly what’s happening in their mouth and what the surgical plan involves.
The surgical work itself uses laser-based techniques, including LANAP, which treats the gum tissue around an implant site without cutting.
Patients report noticeably less swelling and a faster return to normal eating compared to traditional surgical approaches.
Several patients who had been told by other dentists that their bone was too compromised for an implant found that with proper laser-assisted gum treatment first, the bone recovered enough for a successful placement.
Post-surgery follow-up is thorough. Patients receive specific healing instructions and the team checks in during the integration period.

A few patients told us they came in after a bad experience and were genuinely surprised by the excellent bedside manner. Others appreciate that the procedure is planned carefully rather than rushed.
We like that the healing instructions given afterward are specific enough to actually follow. The team also monitors progress and is reachable if something doesn’t feel right.
For the most part, it’s easy to schedule an appointment. People told us they have little issues with booking.
The only slight con is the waiting time of at least 15 minutes before appointments.

“Was fantastic staff when I went there last year, Lily and Yasmin and Dr Villarreal were great this visit .. however the lady that gives the estimate is totally different from the rest.. when I went before, I paid $3000 for implant and she kept saying I paid $995?!?! She said to “just initial here saying I talked to you about it” and that I could go back to my dentist!?” I would have gone to him in the first place if he did these procedures! I felt she brushed us off when I asked her about the price. I was totally shocked.. to say the least.. I may still go to Affordable Dental anyway but will avoid this lady if at all possible..”
