People told us that the crew takes its time and prioritises doing windows right over getting to the next booking. We like that they focus on residential energy-efficient window and sliding door replacement.
Their team doesn’t leave anything to chance. Those who have already had termite control work done around their window frames appreciate that Borderland will look at the openings as part of the inspection process.
Our only complaint about them is that their scope leans heavily towards residential window installs. So, companies needing help with commercial or large multi-unit projects might want to consider other companies.

We like that every window gets a unique serial number. That sounds like a small thing, but it matters when filing a warranty claim years later and need to track which unit was installed where.
Their installation sequence is defined: drop cloths inside and out, old window removed, opening cleaned, new window installed, frame sealed, final inspection.
We love that they also dispose of the old windows because that’s one less thing customers need to handle themselves.
