This is better than what I’m used to
I love this place. Never had Vietnamese food before but glad I tried Pho Tres Bien. I usually eat Chinese food and this is better than what I’m used to. Beef and potatoes was great. The first time was perfect. The second time they didn’t use as much garlic. Oh, the lemonade is very, very good.

Plenty for vegetarians
Very pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. Plenty for vegetarians, their tofu is really good. I had the lemongrass tofu sandwich and, if I lived nearby, I’d probably go back once a week just for that.

They excel at providing high-quality Vietnamese dishes and catering options. I actually talked to a close coworker who hired them for an office party, and she mentioned their custom platters blew everyone away. They stand out beautifully against standard caterers in El Paso by bringing vibrant culinary choices to any local gathering.
You can enjoy unique dishes like their specialty clear noodle bean sprout stir fry or a perfectly grilled salmon entree served with jasmine rice. Plus, they offer an incredible selection of sweet milk teas.
Just keep in mind that their late-night menu offers very limited choices if you arrive close to closing time.
We visit weekly
My husband and I visit weekly lol! Ironically enough, pho isn’t even the best thing here. Their shrimp and salmon spring rolls will have you thinking, “Where have these been all my life?!” Seriously. If you’re looking for something new to try—the clay pot shrimp and chicken with noodles is it. You’re welcome.

Legit Vietnamese pho
Pho Tre Bien is an El Paso icon and it is one of the best places to get legit Vietnamese Pho. I went ahead and ordered the Spicy Beef soup. It is not Spicy per se for these parts, but it really is extremely delicious! I consumed everything and all the delicious broth! The bean sprouts and jalapenos on the side that makes this meal really refreshing! I highly recommend this place if you want to something really different and unique!

Absolutely delicious
Ordered Canh Ga Chien Nuoc Mam (chicken wings), and they were absolutely delicious — crispy, golden, and flavorful. The fish sauce glaze gave them that perfect sweet-savory kick. The staff were cheerful and fast. Loved every bite with a cold drink!

The best pho in El Paso
I’m not even kidding when I say this is the best pho in El Paso. Been coming here for over 5 years and the taste is consistent and great. The spring rolls and the steak pho are my go-tos. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Biting into a crispy baguette filled with savory meats and fresh pickled vegetables is an absolute dream for street food fans. Backed by over 30 years of family experience, Banh Mi Nuoc Mia Papa Hon specializes in authentic Vietnamese bánh mì with house-baked French bread and handcrafted fresh sugarcane juice, which they call nước mía.
When I stopped by last week to grab lunch, the crunch of the bread completely won me over. Pairing your sandwich with their refreshing sugarcane juice makes for an incredible mid-day treat.
Plus, they offer a generous fifteen percent discount code for online orders over twenty-five dollars.
The main downside is that the shop closes too early for dinner, so you have to arrive before six o’clock.
Authentic Vietnamese food
Excellent Phở, authentic & hot when served. Bánh mì was freshly made daily. It’s a small casual little deli but perfect for a quick meal especially for out-of-town travelers looking for authentic Vietnamese food. The coffee is also deliciously authentic because it’s super strong as Vietnamese coffee should be.

Amazing Vietnamese food
I’ve been a regular customer at Banh Mi nuoc Mia – PapaHon, and they never disappoint! Today I ordered two pho to-go, a spring roll, and a refreshing nuoc Mia (sugarcane drink). Everything was delicious as always! They even surprised us with the viral mango ice cream — such a sweet treat! 🥭 They’re currently running a great weekend promotion: spend $50 or more and get the mango ice cream for free. Highly recommend this place for amazing Vietnamese food and friendly service!

The most amazing and definitely unique
Wicked is a small, quiet place with the most amazing, and definitely unique, Vietnamese. I had the hour and sour chicken dumplings soup and it was out of this world. Very much comfort food. The pork belly spring rolls were charred and so very flavorful. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!
