Finding the Best Indoor Playground in El Paso for Your Family

indoor-playground-in-el-paso
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Play Equipment and Activities: We examined the variety of slides and interactive attractions available at each venue. Centers with distinct zones like soft play areas and engaging obstacle courses scored higher.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintaining strict hygiene standards is non-negotiable when dealing with children's facilities. We prioritized places that actively enforce child-safe environments and consistent sanitization schedules.

Party and Group Options: Families often need reliable venues to host birthday celebrations or large group events. We looked at the availability and transparency of private event spaces.

Pricing and Value: Affordability matters when planning regular family outings. We evaluated the competitiveness of standard entry fees and any hidden costs.

Reputation and Customer Feedback: We weighed the consistency of positive public feedback regarding the overall family experience. Venues that maintain strong reputations for providing peaceful and accommodating visits earned their spots.

Finding ways to keep kids active and entertained when the weather refuses to cooperate can be tough. We all know that cooped-up energy usually leads to chaos at home.

That’s exactly why locating the best indoor playground in El Paso is a top priority for local parents and caregivers. These facilities offer a safe environment where children can run around while adults get a much-needed breather.

Whether you’re planning an afternoon outing or figuring out what to do in El Paso, the city has several excellent options. These top spots stand out for providing reliable family fun and engaging activities for children.

Standard or Deluxe Passes$19.99 – $22.99

How much does going to an indoor playground cost in El Paso?

Contact: (915) 471-8044 | [email protected]
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday 10:00AM–7:00PM | Friday to Sunday: Please call for hours

Keeping costs manageable is a huge factor when planning a family outing. That’s why Time Out Indoor Play immediately caught my attention. They offer a free entry policy for infants under six months and complimentary admission for supervising adults.

Families can also score major savings here, including happy hour discounts during weekday afternoons and a solid twenty percent off for those presenting a valid Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) card.

I recently took my nephew here, and the financial relief of not paying for my own entry made the trip incredibly stress-free. Plus, the space is wonderfully designed for younger crowds to explore safely.

Children older than six are allowed inside the building but are completely banned from using any of the equipment, which makes it tough if you’re bringing older siblings along.

Pros

  • Loyalty rewards points program
  • Military walk-in discounts
  • First responder admission discounts
  • Mom squad group rates

Cons

  • Strict age restrictions on equipment

Friendly Staff and Thoughtful Punch Cards

The staff is friendly and attentive, and it’s clear that management has taken quality seriously—any problematic employees have been let go which we appreciate. I also love the punch cards—they’re such a thoughtful way to make frequent visits more affordable, and I’ll definitely keep buying them. I never write Google reviews but I had to write one for this business that makes my life as a mom an easier one! Thank you for creating such a fun, safe, and welcoming indoor playground. You’ve truly made my life as a mom more enjoyable!

Spacious, Safe, and Great for Working Parents

We had such a wonderful experience at Time Out Indoor Play!

My name is Jason, and I took my daughter and my son there on a day they didn’t have school. I needed to get some work done, so bringing them with me was the perfect solution.

The place is incredibly spacious and very well designed,I was able to see both of my kids from almost anywhere in the facility, which gave me great peace of mind. It’s not always easy to balance work and parenting, but this place made it possible.

2. X-Zone

x-zone

Website: xzonekidsep.com
Address: 2290 Joe Battle Blvd.
Contact: (915) 600-5238 | [email protected]
Schedule: Sunday to Monday, Wednesday to Thursday 11:00AM–9:00PM | Friday to Saturday 11:00AM–10:00PM

Active kids need challenges that go beyond a standard slide. Stepping into X-Zone reveals an expansive setup featuring a dedicated toddler area alongside a highly engaging Ninja Warrior obstacle course.

Children can test their endurance on the indoor climbing walls or navigate the structured hurdles designed to keep them moving continuously. It’s great seeing children practice their jumps on the trampolines and speed down the massive super slide.

The venue provides a fantastic environment for burning off endless energy. But a downside is its restrictive geography.

The playground operates exclusively out of its East Side branch, meaning families located in other neighborhoods face a frustratingly long drive.

Also, operations run through a single phone line, making it occasionally difficult to reach staff during busy booking hours.

Pros

  • Full-size trampolines
  • Massive signature super slide
  • East Side neighborhood location
  • Direct email customer support

Cons

  • Limited regional branch presence
  • Single operating phone line

Fun for All Ages, Equipment Needs Upkeep

Great sized indoor fun. My 3 year old has a lot to do. My 8 year old has a lot to do and my 15 has a blast. Great for all ages. It is a little run down when I comes to some of their equipment. Not everything works. Still bring the kiddos for a quick outing session.

3. Tots and Play

tots-and-play

Website: totsandplay.com
Address: 750 Sunland Park Dr suite g 05
Contact: (915) 328-5627 | [email protected]
Schedule: Monday 12:00PM–6:00PM | Tuesday to Thursday 10:00AM–1:00PM & 2:00PM–6:00PM | Friday & Saturday 11:00AM–1:00PM & 2:00PM–7:00PM | Sunday 3:00PM–6:00PM

Early childhood development requires spaces that nurture both physical and emotional growth safely. That’s what you get at Tots and Play.

Founded by a mental health therapist, this indoor playground is uniquely optimized for the engagement of infants and young preschoolers.

The targeted play zones actively encourage gross motor skills and emotional development in a highly supportive environment.

During a recent visit with a friend’s toddler, I was really impressed by the intentional design of the learning areas. The strategic retail location inside The Shoppes at Solana also makes it incredibly easy to pop in after running errands.

Supervising adults even get to enjoy complimentary coffee while the kids explore.

You do need to plan your schedule carefully around their operating hours, though. The facility completely shuts down for lunch in the middle of the day during the week. This awkwardly forces families to interrupt or end their play sessions earlier than desired.

Pros

  • Complimentary caregiver coffee
  • Outside food permitted
  • On-site snack purchases
  • Strict hygiene and cleaning

Cons

  • Mid-day lunch facility closures

Clean Space with Many Activities

Brought my daughters and they had so much fun. Best indoor playground in El Paso and I love how the entire space was so clean. They have so many activities to do and lots of toys for the little ones to entertain themselves with. My daughters loved it so overall we will definitely be back. I recommend this place 1000% for your little ones!!!

Affordable Fun, Sweet Owner, Highly Recommend

This is an amazing indoor play area. We came at a very good time on a Thursday. Our daughters had the entire place to themselves and allowed us to chat with the owner. She was so sweet and easy to talk to. It’s super affordable and there’s plenty of activities and toys to keep your littles busy for over an hour. Highly, highly recommend.

4. Jumping World

Website: jwentertainment.com
Address: 5850 Onix Dr
Contact: (915) 910-6378
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 10:00AM–11:00PM | Friday & Saturday 10:00AM–1:00AM | Sunday 11:00AM–11:00PM

Jumping World provides an impressive lineup of premium upgrades, including an intense Ninja course and even full lanes for bowling in El Paso

Adults chaperoning field trips can join in the activities or relax comfortably while the kids roam. The entertainment options cater easily to both energetic youngsters and teenagers wanting more varied thrills.

I love how large parties can easily reserve massive private rooms that hold over seventy guests while enjoying a full restaurant service. They prepare custom pizzas from scratch daily instead of serving frozen alternatives.

However, upgrading your visit does require some commitment upfront. If a guest buys premium passes for the extra attractions but decides not to use them during their session, the management strictly refuses to issue any refunds.

Group rates for field trips are also completely blocked out during peak leisure times.

Pros

  • High-capacity volume discounts
  • Inclusive multi-age environment
  • Custom scratch-made pizzas
  • Relaxed chaperone participation

Cons

  • Non-refundable premium upgrades
  • Strict field trip block outs

Clean, Safe, and Great Family Fun

We had such a great time at Jumping World! The place is super clean, the staff is friendly, and everything felt safe and well organized. The kids had a blast jumping, playing dodgeball, and trying out the foam pits. It’s the perfect spot for burning off energy and having fun as a family. Definitely one of the best indoor parks in El Paso — we’ll be coming back for sure!

All-in-One Venue, New and Clean

Bowling, arcades, trampoline park, indoor playground all in one. Parents can even grab a drink and walk around like Dave and busters. Everything is very new and clean, staff was very polite and tentative to the guests. Would come back here over some of the other indoor parks in the area.

5. Ally B Gators

ally-b-gators

Website: allybgators.com
Address: 11210 Armour Dr Ste 4A
Contact: (915) 496-771http://allybgators.com2 | [email protected]
Schedule: Thursday to Saturday 10:00AM–9:00PM | Sunday 10:00AM–5:00PM

Paying for every individual attraction inside an entertainment center can quickly drain a budget.

That’s why the all-inclusive admission model at Ally B Gators is so appealing, giving families unlimited access to the region’s first specialized indoor inflatable facility for one flat rate.

The massive layout provides ample room for kids to jump safely on the four giant themed bounce structures.

Parents of younger children will appreciate the age-segregated zones that keep babies safely separated from the highly energetic older kids.

There’s also an on-site cafe that offers a convenient spot for adults to rest and grab a bite. The overall atmosphere remains calmer than that of typical commercial chains.

Take note that preparing for your visit requires a specific purchase at the door. You can’t access the inflatables or play structures unless you buy their mandatory approved non-slip socks, adding an unexpected cost to your trip.

Pros

  • Massive Thursday entry discounts
  • Giant themed inflatable structures
  • Convenient indoor cafe space
  • Calmer low-traffic atmosphere

Cons

  • Mandatory non-slip sock purchases

Amazing Staff and Great Safety Features

This is such a great indoor jumping park. Definitely a fun place for children. The staff here is incredibly amazing btw. The lady behind the counter was even keeping an eye on the kids and stuff.

There is a camera inside as well which is good in case something happens to a kid.

The place itself is pretty safe and kids cant easily get out of the play area.

Affordable Summer Fun with Friendly Staff

If you are looking for a cool indoor space to spend with your kiddos this HOT summer this is the perfect spot.  Very affordable, pay to play all day, no time limits. Kids have plenty of space to burn off that energy.  Staff is friendly and attentive, food is fresh, facility and restrooms are clean. Free wifi and I was able to peak at the NBA finals while watching my kiddo play. Awesome monthly memberships and party packages. This locally owned gem is unique like no other, highly recommend 🫶👍
