We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Facility Infrastructure: I evaluated the cleanliness and overall layout of each modern workspace option. Local professionals must have access to ultra-fast internet connections and secure buildings during their working hours.

Lease Flexibility: I looked closely at the available membership agreements to see how easily companies can scale. I prioritized setups that offer flexible month-to-month options over rigid long-term commitments.

Included Amenities: I checked for practical daily perks like mail handling services and fully equipped meeting rooms. Having access to things like bilingual receptionist support or a shared kitchen area adds massive value to your routine.

Location and Accessibility: I focused on office locations situated in popular areas like Mesa Street, Montana Avenue, or near the international airport. Easy highway access and ample parking spaces are essential details for clients and teams alike.

Finding the right office space in El Paso can be exciting, and honestly, a little overwhelming. Between monthly rates, parking, internet speed, and workspace perks, there’s a lot to compare.

Even choosing the wrong setup can affect your focus, budget, or day-to-day routine more than you’d expect.

That’s why finding a reliable workspace provider is a smart move. Whether you need a temporary desk, a shared office, or an executive suite for your growing team, the right space can make work feel smoother and more productive.

How much does office space cost in El Paso?

Office space in El Paso typically costs around $250 per month for coworking access, while private offices usually start at about $1,000 per month.

Prices depend on the workspace type, location, lease terms, and included perks like internet, parking, meeting rooms, and mail-handling services.

1. One : One Co-working and Office Space

Address: 500 N. Oregon, Second Floor

Contact: 915 308 4695

Past members weren’t exaggerating when they said One: One Co-working feels more like a creative community than a traditional office.

I like that their month-to-month memberships make it easy to scale without getting stuck in a long lease, a practical touch for startups still finding their rhythm.

But what stood out to me is how smoothly they combine business support with networking. Every plan includes useful perks like bilingual receptionist support and business-class printing tools, which keep daily work less stressful.

The social setup is another plus, especially if you want to connect with people in digital marketing, SEO, or other local business circles.

The only drawback is the layout. It’s intentionally less corporate, so teams that need a rigid, traditional office setup might find it too relaxed.

Pros

  • Flexible month-to-month membership options
  • Strong creative community atmosphere
  • Includes bilingual receptionist support
  • Business-class printing tools included

Cons

  • Layout may feel too relaxed

This place is awesome

This place is awesome. I have been renting space since January and it is probably the best working office share El Paso has to offer. I meet clients on a daily basis and they are always impressed.

Excellent space

Excellent space! The photos don’t do it justice :/ I work online for Colombia and needed a space for a month. There are closed offices. In my case, I’m in an open space (100 USD for 1 month) which includes coffee, Wi-Fi, and a great atmosphere! The place is amazing: understated yet modern. There are several public parking lots nearby.

2. Working Capitol

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Capitol in Montana Avenue is a dependable option for remote teams who want a flexible setup without the usual office pressure.

Here, you can choose from daily hot desks, dedicated desks, or private suites that fit up to six people.

The built-in business support is another plus. Parcel handling and exterior building signage help your company look more established without committing to a full office lease.

A colleague of mine uses a dedicated desk and loves the complimentary coffee, which makes daily work feel a little easier.

However, it’s worth noting the house rules. You’re only allowed up to five personal items on your desk, so decorating options are limited.

Pros

  • Flexible desks and private suites
  • Good for small remote teams
  • Includes helpful parcel handling support
  • Exterior signage builds business credibility
  • Complimentary coffee makes work easier

Cons

  • Desk personalization is fairly limited

A gem in downtown El Paso

Excellent customer service and stunning office space, especially for the price. Spent the day hot-desking and had no issues with wifi or taking calls. Perfect balance between a feeling of community and lack of distraction. A gem in downtown El Paso!

Best place in all of El Paso

Best place in all of El Paso! Staff is super friendly, the work environment is nothing but a positive and energetic place. I strongly recommend Working Capitol if you are looking for an office or simply a space to work from!

Hours: Monday – Friday: Open 24 hours

I love a workspace that makes client meetings feel effortless, so I was impressed when I found this prominent tower downtown. As soon as you walk in, you get that polished corporate vibe that works well for formal presentations.

Regus sits near key municipal offices, which makes it especially convenient if your day involves business meetings around the city.

What I like most is the flexibility. You can adjust your space as your needs grow without getting stuck in a long-term agreement.

Another useful perk here is the fully equipped meeting rooms. The call-handling services also help give your business a more professional presence.

Just make sure to reserve early. Availability can be limited, so planning ahead is the best way to lock down a room.

Pros

  • Flexible setting for formal client meetings
  • Convenient location near municipal offices
  • Flexible plans without long-term contracts
  • Fully equipped rooms for presentations

Cons

  • Limited availability requires early room reservations

They truly care about their clients

Wow.   From the moment I was greeted you could tell they truly care about their clients.  The lady Rachel was very helpful and it was nice of the area manager to stop by and thank me for my business.  I have been to a lot of centers and I have never felt more welcomed.

Address: 7362 Remcon Cir

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 AM–5 PM

If you need a professional space without committing to a full-time office, it’s worth checking out Intelligent Office. I know, needing an immediate physical presence can be tricky, but their on-demand rentals make it much easier to pull off!

The meeting rooms are very handy for formal client appointments. They’re polished enough for serious conversations, but you’re not stuck paying for empty square footage when you don’t need it.

I also like that they offer private day offices. A local consultant I spoke to praised the setup for being quiet and focused, which is a big win if you need to get deep work done.

Just note that mail and package reception only runs from Monday to Friday. If your business relies on weekend deliveries, that could cause minor delays.

Pros

  • On-demand rentals for flexible office access
  • Polished meeting rooms for client appointments
  • Private day offices support focused work
  • Avoids paying for unused office space

Cons

  • Mail reception only runs on weekdays

The amenities are unbeatable for the price

I have used the Intelligent Office for over 10 years and have had a wonderful experience.   The amenities are unbeatable for the price and the staff is fantastic.    I especially like that I can meet my clients at either the westside or eastside office – Helping me to cater to their needs.

I love the flexibility

I love the flexibility that allows my clients to leave documents and/or payments for me, and that I can pick them up at any time of day or night. What I love most is that the receptionists speak excellent English and Spanish, so I have no problem communicating with my clients from both the USA and Mexico.

5. The Station

Website: https://thestationep.com/

Address: 500 W. Overland, Ste 250

Contact: (915) 479-9558

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am – 5 pm

The Station puts a strong focus on creating a professional community. They offer adaptable work environments that suit growing teams, especially those that need dedicated conference rooms for group discussions and planning sessions.

I like that the space looks modern and polished without being too stiff. The layout works well for casual networking, collaborative workdays, and occasional client meetings where you still want to make a strong impression.

The flexible setup also makes it easier for growing businesses to settle in without feeling boxed into one type of workspace. It’s practical, professional, and built for companies that want room to connect and expand.

That said, there’s one detail worth checking before signing up. Some basic membership plans only allow access from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, which may feel restrictive if you work late or on weekends.

Pros

  • Adaptable spaces for growing business teams
  • Dedicated conference rooms for group planning
  • Modern layout supports casual networking
  • Polished setting for occasional client meetings

Cons

  • Basic plans may restrict after-hours access
  • Weekends may be unavailable for members

Great place to do all kind of meetings

Great place to do all kind of meetings, I totally recommended. I used the meeting room, and it was wonderful as well as it was easy to use, with all what I needed, water, coffee and wi-fi, space was enough and the good vibe was perfect, and the staff was kind and always willing to help!
