Blush Boutique and Spa has complimentary valet parking, which removes the whole parking nightmare.
The space itself is warm, and inclusive. There’s private treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, and several treatments.
The organic facials using Eminence Skin Care are what Blush is best known for. Their aestheticians assess each client’s specific concerns and customize every treatment.
They have everything from brightening peels to acne programs to anti-ageing work. Several people told us they left with their skin feeling visibly tighter and buying products before they walked out the door.
The Vichy shower treatments here are also popular. These European-style hydrotherapy sessions combine exfoliating scrubs, clay wraps, and nourishing oils to detoxify and deeply hydrate the skin.
For massages in El Paso, Blush goes beyond a standard rub-down. Customers we spoke to love all the massages from Swedish and deep tissue to Himalayan Salt massages.
We love their organic sun tanning because of their formula derived from sugar beets instead of chemicals. The only thing is? It’s popular, so people have to book weeks in advance for a spot.

“I have visited Blush Spa two times while staying at the Stanton House hotel. I had a manicure both times and was very pleased with the service. The manicure was great (nails were polished to perfection) and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed a massage which was very good. The spa provides robes, comfortable shoes, lockers with keys, showers, and all the amenities you need to if you choose to shower at the spa after your treatment. The overall vibe of the spa is relaxing. The attendants are welcoming and attentive. After my massage I relaxed in the lounge area where I was offered a neck wrap and a cozy blanket. The salt wall is beautiful and adds to the ambiance. There are several snacks to enjoy and there is a selection of coffee, tea, and water. This spa provides a wonderful experience! I would rate it a 10/10 and will definitely visit again.”

Desert Spirit Spa is on the 10th floor of Hotel Paso del Norte in downtown El Paso, and the views alone make the visit memorable.
The spa covers massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, and more.
We like their Halotherapy room surrounded by Himalayan salt with a salt mist injected every six minutes. It’s so bougie and therapeutic for respiratory and skin conditions.
Being embedded in a hotel of this calibre also means the facilities and service standard are consistently maintained in a way that standalone spas sometimes struggle to match.
Their therapists here are awesome too. Couples who’ve come for joint massages told us they’ve fallen asleep during their sessions.
The facial work is praised for being thorough without being too exfoliating and rough on the skin.
The only thing is their spa is not for walk-ins. Appointments are required for all of their treatments. So, we suggest booking ahead of time.

“Desert Spirit Spa is a lovely small spa packed with amenities. I showed up for my facial early to relax in the dry sauna which was a great way to unwind. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had a fantastic facial with Mark. He was extremely knowledgeable, sweet and kind. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with him. He is also an expert in lymphatic drainage. My skin was dewy and glowing after. I finished my spa day in the Halotherapy salt room with a cup of tea (thanks Mark!) in a heated lounge chair.

With over 70 options on the menu, the variety is pretty staggering. They cover everything from classic Swedish and deep tissue to more specialized treatments like volcanic hot stone massages.
People constantly rave about restorative sleep massages. Others said their holistic body detoxes are perfect for hitting the reset button.
Many guests also commented on the soothing, meditative atmosphere that stays consistent throughout the spa, making it easy to see why it’s a local favorite for escaping the daily grind.
We really appreciate how they add aromatherapy into almost every service.
The only slight complaint we’ve heard from people is that their parking can sometimes be a nightmare.

Alice Crystal Palace Spa brings a refreshingly different energy to the El Paso wellness scene. They do a great job of blending energy work and holistic therapies with traditional bodywork, ranging from deep tissue to authentic Thai massages.
We heard from several people that their head-to-toe sessions are incredible for releasing stubborn tension and actually getting circulation moving again.
We really like that their menu goes way beyond the basics we find at most local spots. They offer specialized treatments like Lomi Lomi, which uses long, flowing strokes to create a deep sense of balance and relaxation.
People we spoke with found their traditional cupping therapy helpful with muscle recovery. Their ear cleaning services are also something we don’t always see.
However, because they are a smaller spa, the customer service experience can sometimes feel a bit stretched. It can be tough to get a hold of someone to answer questions or handle a quick booking.

SelfLove Wellness Spa lives up to its name because they incorporate self care in all their treatments. They go way beyond surface-level relaxation by offering Reiki, yoga, and therapeutic wellness sessions.
The staff get a lot of love for their ability to customize every visit. They actually adjust the treatment based on how their clients are feeling physically and emotionally that day.
Many regulars mention that these visits help their mental health just as much as their muscles.
Just a heads-up on their booking policy: they do require a prepayment to hold the appointment. They also have a firm no-refund policy for missed sessions and a $30 fee for same-day rescheduling.
We think it’s all very straightforward, but it’s worth keeping in mind.
At least, they have a sweet military appreciation deal for anyone in the military. Customers we spoke to said they just showed their military ID and were able to enjoy a Swedish massage with a free add-on of cupping, hot stones on back or deep muscle therapy.

Felt like I got hit by a bus in the best way possible
“First off, I scheduled this session right before I boarded my 1.5 hr flight to El Paso; it was so easy to schedule with Danielle over the phone. Had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Britney at the Boeing location, and it was exactly what I needed after getting off a flight. She was very polite & knowledgeable, started off gentle & really dug in for my trouble spots. Felt like I got hit by a bus in the best way possible 😅. I will definitely be back whenever I’m back in El Paso!!!!! 10/10 would recommend.”
