Starlight Event Center is a great option for large events, with nearly 50,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space, flexible room layouts, and advanced AV technology to support a wide range of occasions.
On top of that, the panoramic views of the Franklin Mountains make the setting even more memorable.
One feature that stands out is the huge 5K LED display in the Rio Grande Summit Room, which creates an impressive setup for conferences and presentations.
The location is another big plus since it’s right next to the airport and has a spacious five-story parking garage.
Just keep in mind that the venue can feel tricky to navigate because of its size, and occasional elevator outages may make getting around a little frustrating.

The entirety of the event was amazing
We had a Senior Farewell Ceremony at the Starlight Events Center and the entirety of the event was amazing. From the set up, to the tech, to the overall service, all of our guests and parents had nothing but great things to say about this event. I want to recognize all the hard work and support from Mrs. Gabriela Duenas, Ruben the tech on staff, and to Rogelio Mojarro who oversaw and managed the entire room set up for us! This Region 19 staff always goes above and beyond to make all of events exceptional!

The place was set up well for the event
I went there for a drone competition with my son’s school. The place was set up well for the event, with good management and use of technology. High end AV equipment etc. Overall a good experience for me and the school.

If you’re looking for something beyond a typical ballroom, St. Rogers Depot offers a one-of-a-kind setting filled with local history.
This beautifully restored 1903 Italianate-style railroad terminal blends historic charm with flexible event spaces that work well for weddings, corporate gatherings, and other celebrations.
You can customize the food and music to match your event, while unique spaces like the Zuni Room and El Paso Bar give you plenty of options.
Another thing I liked is that the event staff stays involved from planning through the big day, making the process feel much easier.
Just know that first-time visitors sometimes have trouble finding the parking lot entrance, so it’s worth sharing clear directions with your guests ahead of time.

Definitely recommend this venue to wedding couples
As a professional photographer, I was really impressed when I finally got to photograph a wedding at this beautiful venue! The warm industrial setting made for some lovely images for my clients. It’s unique, has character and its spacious enough for everyone to enjoy themselves in the setting. Great staff. I would definitely recommend this venue to wedding couples who are considering it. I’m looking forward to visiting again real soon!

Since 2016, Your Day Party Hall has been a favorite spot for family celebrations. This place is a great fit for all kinds of events, from baby showers to sweet sixteen parties.
From what I’ve seen, what people appreciate most is the flexible packages and built-in amenities, such as a lounge area and a dance floor with specialty lighting.
And with staff on-site during your event, everything runs more smoothly, and you can relax and enjoy the day.
The location is also a big advantage. It’s just off Interstate 10, near The Fountains at Farah, so guests can find it easily.
However, the venue is mainly designed for small to mid-sized private events, so it isn’t the best choice if you’re planning a very large banquet.

I would highly recommend this party hall! Everyone who worked there was so helpful and very friendly. They were available for any questions I had and responded very quickly. I also loved the upgrades I purchased. All the decorations and additional services came out very beautiful for my daughter’s party. I will definitely use this party hall again!!

If you’d rather have one team handle almost everything, Epmpoa Memorial Hall is worth a look.
They’ve served El Paso since 1974 and offer full-service event packages that include a DJ and security provided by the El Paso Police Department (EPPD).
On top of that, the venue still has its original architectural moldings, which give events a classic look. You can pick either Lanahan Hall or Memorial Hall, depending on how many guests you have.
Besides that, there are optional extras, such as a decorated gazebo and centerpiece rentals, to help personalize your event.
On the downside, reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so popular dates fill up quickly unless you place a deposit early.

This is an excellent place to have a function. They have a small and large hall. I had the small one that sat 125 people. Plenty of dancing area. Liz is an excellent person to deal with. I recommend this hall very highly.

Beautiful venue, customer service is at 100% ,
Restrooms are beautiful and clean, my daughters day was just an unforgettable event as she turned 15. They worked in very which way with me to make things exactly as requested. The venue has a very elegant look. The vip room is large and comfortable. Buffet offered by the venue was delicious. If you have doubts between this venue or another I assure you choosing Memorial Hall will not disappoint.

Nice place for all types of events
Main Room is attractive in an unusual location near the downtown area. Nice place for all types of events.
Attended a birthday celebration with a quaint crowd.
There were bartenders and servers, catered dinner, and a DJ which added music to put the party together. Elegant decor, nice sitting areas to visit with others.
