The move in process was simple, the apartment was clean and the amazing maintenance men, Jerry & Ray, helped us move the washer and dryer up the stairs when I was standing there looking like a damsel in distress. The apartments look and feel like home
I’ve had such a great experience here at these apartments. Always making the apartments look and feel like home. The new HVAC definitely made it much better due to the summer being so hot. I really enjoy that the apartments include cozy features like fireplaces and private balconies for watching those famous Texas sunsets. It’s a pet-friendly spot too, with plenty of landscaped space to walk your dog in the evening.
But you should be aware that the sound insulation isn’t the best, so you might hear your neighbor’s TV through the walls.
Also, there have been reports of water shutoffs with very little notice, which can be a real pain when you’re getting ready for work.

I am so happy with my apartment
just moved here from FL & I am so satisfied with my apartment, I didn’t get to do a walk through so I was nervous about seeing my apartment. But let me say I am so happy with my apartment and the minor issues I did have the maintenance supervisor Aaron took care of all my concerns with no hesitations and me and my daughter are even more comfortable. Moved in January 2024. Everyone at the office has been great. Leasing process was very easy. Leased a one bedroom apartment, have been very happy with the living space and love the kitchen.
