We also appreciate that they give recommendations based on the client’s budget. They were even able to find discount overstock tiles that still looked high-end.
We liked their selection. They sell hardwood, LVP, carpet, and ceramic tiles.
The services are also great. They handle full installations, including subfloor prep and moisture testing.
The best part is how efficient they are when it comes to installations. In one project, they were able to measure, remove the old carpet, and install tiles in just 2 days.
We just noticed a few downsides. For one, their return policy has restocking fees. Some special orders also experienced delayed callbacks.

We liked Decasa’s specialty marble and Saltillo tile selection that big store chains don’t carry. The staff also walks clients through decorative combinations in one visit.
They sell natural stone, ceramic, and Vitromex Mexico tile. One unique quality, though, was how they were able to match Marquina black tiles to existing countertops.
This may be a big consideration for clients who are simply continuing a paused remodeling project.
Additionally, their prices are pretty competitive. For certain tile options, they offer prices relatively lower than those of national suppliers.
Their showroom is boutique-style, with staff explaining bathroom and flooring installation options in detail. For clients who prefer solid recommendations, this can be a great place to start.
Unfortunately, we heard some issues about delays. In one case, a client had to wait 3 weeks for backordered tiles. There are also issues with restocking fees on a broken tile piece.

We find this a convenient feature, especially for clients who may be too busy to do on-site visits.
We liked how seamless the process is. They send a rep to a client’s home, complete with laminate and tile samples. This makes it easy to match the colors against the actual walls and lighting.
Past clients also mentioned that they measured every room. They also provide budgeting guidance, so clients can carefully map out their finances.
Speed is pretty solid. A full installation can take just one day if all the factors fall seamlessly into place.
