Staff was lovely, very informative. I brought in my own jewelry, but unfortunately couldn’t use it because of the quality. 18k gold front from them costs approximately $140 and piercing fee was $50. They were great to hook me up with a discount because I was a new customer, which was great! 10/10 would go there again. Place was very clean as well! Just a heads up- if you want to use your own jewelry go in a week beforehand to have them examine it (it’s their policy).

I would definitely recommend this shop when looking to get a new piercing or even just some new jewelry. I went in January to get my conch pierced. It was a fantastic experience and Chucky was very professional. Recently, I went back to downsize and the front desk associate was so helpful! They informed me about the various types of jewelry the shop carried and helped me find what I wanted. I also had the new jewelry installed. Overall the staff and environment is amazing, I’ll definitely be back.

While the retail aspect is impressive, the high-traffic mall atmosphere sometimes leads to miscommunications. A few guests experienced needing secondary visits to correct jewelry sizing, which unfortunately resulted in additional service charges.
The busy environment can also cause confusion regarding which staff members are handling consultations versus actual procedures.

I was having a bit of a crisis with my jewelry that I had gotten pierced with (a nostril piercing done elsewhere). It fell down my sink when I was washing my face. Alex helped me find jewelry that I’m used to and comfortable with (flat backs) and educated me on the different sizes.
