Led by owner Dr. Silvia Menendez, Smiles Orthodontics offers a specialized approach by combining classic orthodontic care with dental implant services.
When I stopped by for a chat about their aligner options, I noticed how much time Dr. Menendez took to answer every single question without making me feel rushed.
They’re a great choice for Invisalign in El Paso because they accept all private insurance plans that include orthodontic benefits. You can also get started with very affordable down payments.
However, you really have to watch the clock because their hours change significantly every day of the week. Also, they’re only open four days a week, so those prime after-school slots can fill up pretty quickly.

Dr. Jesse Teng, DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery), has built a practice that’s well known for its clinical expertise. JT Orthodontics is led by a true specialist who clearly cares about the technical details of a perfect bite.
One of the most reassuring things about them is that they have a specific focus on emergency orthodontic care, so you’re not left hanging if a wire breaks.
They also have direct phone lines for both of their regional offices, which makes getting a hold of someone much easier than going through a massive call center.
Just be prepared for a bit of a desk-work marathon when you first sign up. New patients have a fairly long list of forms to complete before they can get into the exam chair.

Convenience is the name of the game at Smile 4 Less, as they have three different clinics spread across East, West, and Horizon.
I have a neighbor who takes her daughter to the Horizon location, and she always raves about how they never feel rushed during those early morning slots.
They open at 8:00 AM every single weekday, which is perfect for catching an appointment before the school day begins.
But the 4:30 PM closing time is a bit of a downside. It can be a real struggle to make it there if you work a standard nine-to-five job.
Service-wise, on the other hand, they offer a huge variety, ranging from standard braces and retainers to teeth whitening and specialized clear options.
If you need a referral for other family services, like speech therapists in El Paso, the team is often very helpful with local suggestions, too.

Great orthodontist office! The Doctor and staff are great and friendly! I accidentally missed my son’s appointment and they were able to bring me in the same day at a later time without giving me a hard time about missing the appointment plus there’s never really a wait. Overall I recommend this place!!!

Good first visit
Today was our first visit everyone is so friendly and polite. Literally as we walked in the door we were greeted before even getting to the check-in desk.
Maryam and Pamela were awesome and explained everything in detail.

Gaynier Orthodontics is a fantastic choice if you’re a little nervous about the initial costs and process of getting braces.
They offer completely free exams for new patients and have an online scheduling system that makes booking your first visit incredibly simple.
For your initial diagnosis, they use the iTero Digital Impression System, which means you don’t have to deal with those uncomfortable, messy molds that used to be standard.
They treat everyone from small children to adults, making it a great spot for the whole family.
I love how the office has very consistent weekday hours, so you’ll always know exactly when you can reach them.
However, you should plan ahead because they’re totally closed from Friday through Sunday. If you have a busy week, losing those Friday slots can make it hard to find a time that works.

Felt so welcomed
Came here for the first time and just got braces, I just wanna say I felt so welcomed and at home here. Everyone here is so sweet. The Orthodontist is very sweet, knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable. The people at the front are awesome as well as everyone in there. I would recommend this place to everyone.
