This was one of the most wonderful experience I’ve had with a rental car company. I started off, renting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and four days into the rental. I had a problem with the tire, took it back to the airport, and they upgraded me to a BMW once again, a seamless experience.

Alamo Rent A Car offers a premium fleet that includes luxury SUVs and even Corvettes right from the terminal. A friend of mine spoke with a rep there who mentioned how popular those Corvettes are for special weekend getaways.
The payment flexibility helps too, since they accept debit cards if you’ve got a ticketed return itinerary ready to go. They also let your spouse or domestic partner drive for free, which is great for long trips.
On the downside, this branch doesn’t offer any after-hours return service. So if you have a 4:00 AM flight, you’ll have to plan your return carefully within their operating hours.

Fast and efficient
This rental company is fast and efficient. Within minutes I was picked up at the auto body shop by Enterprise and into a rental. During my 4 day rental every employee was helpful from the moment I booked to returning the vehicle. Desire did my vehicle walk through. She is pleasant and professional. She answered all my questions and explained everything in easy and specific detail. She is patient, fast, and efficient. If I ever get rear ended again I’ll come back to rent another vehicle.

This East El Paso rental center is a great alternative for anyone after reliable car rentals in El Paso.
Avis at Desert Passage Center stands out because they offer premium vehicles with one-way drop-off to other spots nationwide. They even have a free vehicle pickup service, which can be a lifesaver if you’re currently without a ride.
There’s also a designated key drop box for returns, so you get a bit more leeway if you’re running behind.
I liked hearing that the staff handled my friend’s paperwork quickly when she grabbed a sedan for a weekend trip.
But if you want the high-end specialty cars, you have to be at least 25 years old. They do have a program for younger drivers aged 21 to 24, though it only covers standard vehicles. So younger enthusiasts will have to wait a few more years for the luxury fleet.
Good car selection
Car variety is great, vehicles are clean, prices are reasonable and very affordable compared to the competition and ultimately, in my personal experience, Alex is great. He has a friendly disposition and professional quality that is severely lacking in a lot of people in todays service industry. I will definitely use Avis again.
