If the idea of a hospital stay freaks you out, Dr. Lyle D. Weeks might be your best bet because of his focus on the “S-lift.”
This is a short-scar facelift that they actually perform right in their office using only local anesthesia. It’s a great way to dodge the extra hospital fees that usually pile up with general anesthesia.
The recovery is also usually much faster than a traditional lift, which is a huge win.
It’s also convenient that the practice shares a building with Azul Medspa Laser Clinic, which is one of the top aesthetic clinics in El Paso. It makes it easier for patients to pair surgical treatments with follow-up skin maintenance.
But keep in mind that the S-lift really only focuses on the lower face. If you’re worried about deep lines around your nose or sagging cheeks, this technique might leave you wanting more.

One of the most frequently mentioned strengths is transparency in pricing. They offer bundled quotes that include surgeon, facility, and anesthesia fees upfront, which helps patients avoid surprise billing after surgery.
It’s such a relief not to worry about surprise invoices showing up weeks later.
He also serves a big area, including patients coming in from Las Cruces and Juarez.
Just a heads up, though, that his surgical discounts are usually temporary and only apply if he decides you’re a perfect fit for that specific procedure. It’s a bit of a “limited time only” vibe that can feel rushed for some.

For those who want a quick refresh without a month of downtime, Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center of El Paso specializes in what they call the “Weekend” mini-facelift.
The surgeons here, including Dr. Mark A. Jabor and Dr. Richard Dale Reynolds, use the Endotine Ribbon system to lift the jawline with very minimal disruption. It’s a clever way to get a defined look using local anesthesia or light sedation.
They’re also very flexible with money, taking everything from CareCredit to Cherry Financing.
The downside is that their consultation fees are pretty steep, usually between $150 and $200.
Plus, you have to book your surgery within 30 days of that visit for the fee to count toward your total, which feels like a lot of pressure for a big decision.
