Clean Water has been here for over 30 years, so it wasn’t much of a hassle for us to find previous clients. Fortunately, most of them had nothing but fantastic things to say about the company.
One of which is their reliable support. If we summarize our notes, we can say they respond to concerns quickly. On average, they’re able to deal with issues on the same day. If they have limited availability, then the following day.
There were just a few reports of scheduling mix-ups, but nothing that the company didn’t address quickly.
We’re not speaking for everyone here, but their phone service appeared rude when we called. As reassurance, this doesn’t seem like a major issue, considering no one we interviewed had the same problem.
On the good side, we asked them about their installation process, and we very much favor their approach. They specialize in custom-built water systems.
To achieve this, they take into account the client’s water quality issues and budget.

El Paso Watertech just keeps it simple. They offer fast, same-day services, with installations being completed within hours on average.
We also like that they offer both whole-home and kitchen-specific installations. So, if you don’t need a full system, you can just opt for a specific area to save time and money.
To be fair, saving money with them is relatively easy. They’re not expensive and they offer financing options too – subject to approval, of course.
And the value for money reflects in the workmanship as well. According to clients, the installations were clean and precise.
When we asked how they’re able to say this, they said it’s because the quality of their water improved immediately.
Customer service earns a two thumbs up from us. We only wanted to see how responsive they are for initial bookings, and they did meet our standard with their quick response.
Except, we can’t extend the same praise to their follow-up response time. When we contacted them ourselves, we realized the reply took longer than when they first got back to us.

The Good Water Guy happens to be really great. They specialize in whole-home filtration and softening systems, including reverse osmosis systems and alkaline filtration.
Their entire process is what makes them a good choice. We really like how pressure-free their sales consultations are. Explanations are detailed, including water tests to suggest the best system to use.
The actual installation is professional and thorough. We asked them what they covered, and the answer was pretty much everything: trenching, landscaping restoration, plumbing, and cleanup.
Simply put, you don’t need to lift a finger when working with them
Post-installation support was also solid. Technicians respond quickly if any issues arise. More importantly, they honor their warranty without hesitation.
Are there any downsides to that? That would be the slightly higher prices. It’s not exorbitant per se, but we’re only saying there would be much cheaper options.
Though this mind be something you can set aside considering the quality of their work, they’re flexible in their approach. For instance, you can ask that they place your system inside your garage rather than outside.
Small thing, but it makes a difference.

One of their standout features is their advanced multi-stage system. The benefits are what really sell. Through their 10-stage whole home filtration, they remove hard minerals, kill bacteria, and ensure better-tasting water.
We inquired about their system and were pleased to know that they manufacture their own systems here in the US. This enables them to offer custom builds to meet specific customer preferences.
Plus, all products are backed by a lifetime warranty.
That said, the initial cost is relatively higher and would normally require periodic filter changes and maintenance. So if budget may be an issue in the long run, it’s better to look elsewhere.
On the positive side, everything points to them being a great value for money. Installers are punctual and complete projects on time.
The customer service is also excellent. We didn’t have any issues contacting them for the first time, nor for follow-ups.
The biggest plus is that they even offer free relocation and reconnection support for customers who move homes.

We reached out to past clients, and some of the key things they mentioned included benefits. To highlight a few, they mentioned softer skin, healthier hair, and better-tasting water.
As for installation, they consistently deliver same-day or next-day installations. On average, installations are completed within hours.
And of course, we love how they keep the entire thing spotless after.
However, consistency is where they lag a bit. A few clients mentioned that the results weren’t up to expectations. The majority, though, said otherwise.
