Rather than questionable promises, we wanted proof. We tried the booking process, spoke to clients, and looked into work histories to find washer repair services we can trust. And hey, you can trust them too.

El Paso has been in the business of washer repair for 13 years, being one of the town’s go-to providers. Customers prefer them for same-day services at no extra cost, and prompt arrival that allows them to finish the repairs fast.
As for the booking process itself, it’s easy via online, phone call, and text. Plus, we’re happy to note that clients can easily book 24/7. While availability still varies, this at least gives clients the flexibility to book at their convenience.
If same-day repair isn’t possible, they provide next-day bookings.
Their technicians are efficient and knowledgeable, so they can quickly diagnose the issue. We find them friendly too, which is always a plus.
While most of the response to their repairs is positive, we did hear a few complaints about temporary solutions. This prompted the customer to make follow-up repairs; though on the good side, they do provide parts and workmanship warranties.
Prices are solid, with fees that fall just within the town’s average rates. Customers often mentioned that prices are transparent, so we’re confident you won’t get hidden fees once you’re billed.

AAA Affordable Appliance really lives up to its name. They’re one of the town’s most cited businesses for reliable repairs that won’t break the bank.
Costs are lower than expected, according to customers. They also never saw any questionable fees in their bills.
Availability is great, with their same-day services and quick arrival times. But beyond this, we liked that they’re able to make repairs even on weekends and holidays. This makes them dependable for urgent breakdowns.
Unfortunately, we also heard complaints of missed or no-show appointments. Customers are naturally frustrated, though we think it’s also crucial to note that these are only a handful of cases, not the norm.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable too, which made the experience feel worth the money.
For peace of mind, it’s reassuring that they offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Part of our confidence in them also revolves around their honesty – if repairs aren’t necessary, they’ll say it and not push through.

He worked very cleanly, and the whole repair took less than an hour. He even stayed until a new load finished to make sure everything was running smoothly. Mr. Appliance is best known in the area for top-quality work, often solving problems in one repair. Since problems aren’t recurring, we can infer that their workmanship is excellent and efficient.
Part of what really makes them stand out is the speed of their service. For common fixes, they can easily deal with the issue in under an hour. They carry common parts on hand, so there’s rarely any need to source components.
The flat-rate, upfront pricing was also a major advantage to us. However, customers also noted that while fees are transparent, they’re relatively higher than those of others in the area. They do offer veterans discounts, though.
Technicians are punctual and highly skilled, and customers praised how welcoming they are. We also find them respectful, as they leave the worksite spotless after the service – something a few providers often miss.
Same-day repairs are possible, which is always nice. However, its availability depends heavily on technician schedules, making it inconsistent. A little more predictability is appreciated.

Sears offers comprehensive appliance repair and maintenance services. We liked that they conduct multi-point inspections for appliances, ensuring they get to the root cause of the issue.
When it comes to promptness, we have no complaints – the majority of their clients said that technicians arrived on time. If there were any causes for delay, the clients are updated as well.
As for workmanship, they give clients peace of mind through their 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We find this a bit shorter than what most offer, but we were still happy with the assurance.
At least, their workmanship is solid, thorough, and efficient – most issues are dealt with on the first repair. Clients even said that they’re great at issue resolution, in case they don’t get it right the first time (fortunately, though, this is rare).
The only area most clients have an issue with is their customer service department. They rely on an AI system, which makes the experience less personalized. Plus, every client prefers human support for their needs.
