Right out of the gate, their communication surprised us. The team was quick to answer our inquiries and even provided information in advance about the coverage and supported areas of their services.
This responsiveness extended to their services as well. The team was reportedly quite informative, helping customers understand the steps they would take to address the infestation.
This was helped along by the team’s attention to detail. The team was reportedly willing to take their time, looking through every nook and cranny to identify signs of a termite infestation.

Sometimes, you can just get unlucky and live in an area that gets a lot of pests. With El Paso’s desert climate, it’s pretty tempting to book regular pest control and be able to forget about it. For that crowd, Terminix of El Paso was quite the top contender!

There’s nothing that feels worse than having a problem in your house you can’t fix immediately…especially if that problem involves creepy-crawlies. Folks looking for services as soon as tomorrow or even the same day were happy to recommend Orkin!
Their termite control services were surprising when we first got a glimpse! The company offered various methods for treating a termite infestation, ranging from termiticide and fumigation to specialized monitoring and bait stations.
Off the jump, the regulars we spoke to immediately praised the booking process. This was reportedly streamlined and easy to access, especially given the team’s particularly open schedule, which reduced wait times for their services.
