And this is coming from a guy who really likes supporting stuff I like, even if it’s just wearing their band logos on my bag, laptop, wherever. And then it hit me: why don’t I just go get a custom print on one of my plain shirts?
I didn’t wanna be the only one going to a concert with one, so I got some friends together to help me look into custom T-shirt printing here in El Paso. We were pretty spoiled for choice, but we eventually managed to come up with these as our favorites.
How much will it cost to get custom T-shirt printing in El Paso?

Real talk, we thought locals were pulling our legs when they recommended Proper Printshop, since the place sounded like a stationery store. Imagine our surprise when we spotted a hotspot for custom shirts instead!

Envy is exactly what we felt when we caught a few locals prepared to hike while toting shirts from this shop. ENVY Custom Apparel became popular among folks looking for unique custom designs on their stuff, and with reception like that, we couldn’t resist!
Their custom printing services surprised us with their range when we first reached out. ENVY offers screen printing and direct-to-film prints for a variety of apparel, but we also appreciate their services for totes, tents, and even hats.
We got to hear about these in depth from their team, who were all refreshingly quick to respond to our inquiries. Customers we chatted with mentioned this as a highlight, helping them get their orders and quotes sorted without too much waiting beforehand.
One factor that caught our eye and customers’ attention was the flexible sizing. ENVY’s stock of supported apparel spanned various sizes, with prints that were helpfully adjusted to fit even the smallest or largest shirts as needed.

Waiting for custom work is practically unavoidable, so you can imagine our surprise when locals put Shirtz Plus on our radar for its quick, easy custom T-shirt printing services.
We were pretty surprised by their offerings once we got to browse some. Shirtz Plus was home to quite a range of custom direct-to-film prints.
They feature designs for various holidays and events, as well as school logos. Of course, they supported custom designs too!
The best thing about Shirtz Plus is the convenience it offers to customers. The shop got quite popular for its same-day services, both pickup and delivery, and customers were happy to back this claim up.
The team also garnered praise from customers, and it wasn’t hard to see why. They were quick to answer our own inquiries while we were browsing. It was easy to get an idea about their materials, available prints, and how to make custom orders.
That said, we noticed their custom shirts were available in limited materials, mostly polyester or cotton. If you have sensitivities to such fabrics, we’d advise asking them if they carry any apparel in other materials like wool, just in case!
Finally, we noted that the team was also helpful in recommending possible print designs and colors that would work well together. If you’re still a little lost on what would look good on your shirt, we’d recommend getting a suggestion from them.

If you’ve ever looked into custom apparel around El Paso, there’s a chance you might have already heard of Nextstyle Designs. All prints can eventually wear out and chip, but locals swear by this shop’s shirts if durability is what you’re looking for.
Nextstyle Designs offered a wide range of customization services for all sorts of apparel, from shirts to jackets to hats. These included classic screen printing, embroidery, and even direct-to-film printing using customized gangsheets.
When we got to chatting with their regulars, their timeliness was the first factor most praised. Their printing services reportedly didn’t take long at all, with the team able to print shirts quickly after ordering.
That was a surprise, especially due to the quality of the prints! Customers were happy to let us know that these prints were particularly durable, able to withstand daily wear and tear, and constant washing without chipping much or losing color.
That said, customers advised us to check the print’s design and modify it as needed before it goes on a shirt. Some reported noticing inconsistencies in their prints, such as colors being off or parts of the design being cut.

Businesses and schools are frequent customers of screen printing shops. It certainly explains why so many teachers and local business owners in El Paso were happy to recommend La Estrella Screen Printing to us!
We didn’t have to wait long to see why. La Estrella rose to popularity among El Paso locals for its wide range of custom, screen-printed clothing. Customers were spoilt for choice for templates, whether you’re looking for a simple tee or a stylish V-neck.
Their print designs weren’t anything to scoff at either. While they had a robust online designer for fully custom artwork, their stock of in-house print designs ranged from stylish brand logos to emblems that can bedazzle your next jersey.
We also couldn’t help but notice the materials, especially when regulars mentioned them to us. The fabrics and materials for their clothing were reportedly pretty durable and comfortable, making them ideal for everyday wear in school or the workplace.
Finally, we absolutely couldn’t resist their pet wear! There was quite a collection of pet-friendly bandanas and tanks that could also support prints, so you can have matching apparel with your furry friend as well.
