Their climate-controlled units accommodate everything from clothing to musical instruments and art. The facility regularly regulates temperature and humidity levels, which is honestly so beneficial during El Paso’s hotter months.
Their standard units are practical too. They offer both indoor-access and drive-up options.
In addition to traditional units, they also accommodate travel trailers, campers, and trucks. Motorcycles and boats can also be safely stored.
The security is quite reassuring. Many customers valued the gated access and video surveillance, which gave them peace of mind when leaving their vehicle behind.
We also like that the month-to-month leases apply to vehicle storage. This setup is especially useful for anyone storing a boat or RV seasonally rather than year-round.
Extended access hours were another highlight. It doesn’t force customers to plan their day around the facility’s schedule.

The size range is wide, from compact 2×2 lockers to large 20×25 units. We like that this gives people room to scale up without switching facilities.
Many customers we spoke to mentioned the 24-hour access. Around-the-clock availability, including Sunday gate access, is not standard at every secure storage facility in El Paso.
We also love their drive-up units. They tackle the challenges of moving day. Several people told us staff were willing to help with hauling items, which adds a human touch that you don’t always get.
They also offer vehicle storage that can accommodate everything from campers to smaller vehicles. We like that they offer a two-tier option, allowing people to choose the level of weather protection that makes sense for what they own.

El Paso Storage Units – Montana caught our attention with their concrete construction. Concrete walls retain temperature better, are significantly harder to breach, and give each unit a physical solidity that metal-walled facilities cannot match.
Several customers we spoke with said that the difference is immediately apparent. They liked that it doesn’t get too hot inside and that the units aren’t cramped.
We also love the convenience that their 24-hour access and keypad-controlled gate entry provide. People we spoke with consistently said they valued being able to access their stuff at any hour without needing staff on site.
They do have temperature-controlled units available for belongings sensitive to El Paso’s heat, but these are located at another location within their network. If you’re interested in them, we suggest confirming availability when you reach out.
For their regular storage units, sizes range from 5×5 up to 30×30. Their 30×30 unit is comparable to a one-car garage, making it ideal for storing equipment or furniture between moves.

When we asked around, their temperature-controlled units seemed to be a popular choice. One woman told us she always feels at ease knowing her things will be in good shape when she comes back for them.
Security is another big plus. The facility’s advanced security system gives customers confidence that their belongings are protected.
A regular customer mentioned that he really appreciates how the staff actively monitors the security cameras and keeps an eye on the property, not just the units.
Customer service is generally strong. The team is friendly and willing to walk people through the different unit types, explain the terms, and answer questions.
That said, their attentiveness can be overbearing. When we visited to look at units, the staff watched us very closely. We would have preferred a bit more room to browse on our own.

The small units are suitable for a few boxes and smaller pieces of furniture. Medium units can typically fit the contents of up to two bedrooms, and large units can accommodate belongings from a small house.
That said, the size range stops at 10×30. As a result, customers who need to store the contents of a large multi-bedroom home or a substantial commercial inventory may be better served by a facility that offers even larger units.
