Contact: 915-598-3338
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM; Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM
Walking into a place that has been part of the community since 1972 gives you an immediate sense of security. Pittle Podiatry is a family-run practice that is now led by Dr. Charles Pittle, who took over from his father to keep the legacy of local care alive.
One of the best things here is that they’re totally prepared for the whole family, including specialized pediatric foot care for the little ones.
Since Dr. Pittle is fully fluent in Spanish, he can chat easily with the Latino community without any awkward language barriers.
Also, their recent partnership with a larger network in Utah means they have some serious resources backing them up.
That said, walk-in availability is limited. While they do accept walk-ins, it’s not a guarantee you will see a doctor right away if they are slammed.

Address: 4409 Dyer St. El Paso, TX 79930
Contact: (915) 239-0003
Hours: Monday, 8 AM – 5 PM
If you’re someone who loves a high-tech approach to health, Dr. Dave Williams – El Paso Feet is likely going to be your speed.
Dr. Williams uses some advanced technology, like MLS (Multiwave Locked System) Laser Therapy and Swift microwave treatments, to handle pain and fungus without invasive surgery.
We actually spoke to a local who went here for custom orthotics, and he mentioned how the computerized scanning made a world of difference for their back pain.
Several locals we spoke with also recommended Dr. Williams and shared that they’ve been going to him for years. You can tell that the local trust is definitely there.
Just keep in mind that they only have one physical location, so if you live on the far edges of town, the commute might be a bit of a trek.
On the bright side, they offer telehealth appointments if you really can’t make it in-person.
Customer Reviews
Great customer service!!! Dr. Williams was caring and compassionate while removing my two ingrown toe nails. His staff members are courteous and polite. I was impressed that they immediately acknowledge every patient that walks through the door.
Keep up with the world class customer service and I will be back for my follow appointment next year – 2026.

3. Foot and Ankle Partners of El Paso

Website: http://www.epfootandankle.com/
Address: 7300 Remcon Circle Suite 100 El Paso, TX 79912
Contact: (915) 503 2020 | [email protected]
Hours: Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Having three different clinics spread across the West, Northeast, and East sides of the city makes Foot and Ankle Partners of El Paso incredibly accessible.
They bring over 30 years of combined experience to the table, and they’re particularly strong when it comes to sports medicine and diabetic wound management.
They even handle their own diagnostics on-site, so you don’t have to drive all over town for imaging before getting a diagnosis.
If you have a complex issue that might need surgery, they are equipped for everything from keyhole bunion fixes to total ankle replacements.
But there is a bit of a logistical headache if you are heading to the Northeast office on Gateway North Boulevard. If you miss the specific entrance on that one-way frontage road, you will end up on a multi-mile detour just to loop back around.
Customer Reviews

4. John Grant Taylor, DPM

Address: 1700 Murchison Dr, El Paso, TX 79902
Contact: +19155337465
Hours: Hours may vary
Dr. Taylor is a heavy hitter in the local medical scene, especially since he serves as the Medical Director of Premier Wound Care.
He is the guy you want to see for high-risk issues like limb salvage or serious diabetic complications, but he is just as happy fixing a common bunion.
We really love how integrated everything is within the Hospitals of Providence network. It makes things so much easier if you’re already seeing other specialists like physiotherapists for your recovery, since all your records are usually in one system.
Patients also praised his bedside manner and how efficiently the nursing staff moves people through the exam rooms.
On the flip side, because it is a very high-volume practice, you might occasionally deal with a newer staff member who is still getting up to speed on your history.
Customer Reviews
Doctor Taylor is a great doctor and is very kind and courteous. He helps my aunt with all of her diabetic foot and nail problems. Takes time to make patients feel comfortable and explains everything before any procedure, so no surprises arise. Doctor Taylor always makes sure she is comfortable so that it’s a painless experience. Thank you Doctor Taylor. You and your staff are so nice and friendly. We are always seen in a timely manner and the office is always clean.

I dealt with Dr Taylor about 6 years ago when my dad had issues. He was extremely polite. Treated my dad with genuine concern and care. Now my brother needs assistance and I can’t think of anybody that I would take him to but Dr Taylor. Six years later, still same the same caring Dr. Thanks for all the wonderful care you gave my dad to help him enjoy the last years of his life in comfort. Now to continue with my brother.

5. The Foot Institute

Address: 8815 Dyer St Ste 140 El Paso, TX 79904
Contact: 915-626-5143

The Foot Institute is a fantastic choice if you need a quick answer to a painful problem.
They have a massive array of advanced, non-invasive therapies like EPAT (Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology) shockwave therapy and even regenerative options like PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections.
Plus, they have a heavy-duty diagnostic suite with MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and CT (Computed Tomography) scans right at their main office. This means you can get a full picture of your injury without waiting for a referral.
The founder, Dr. Efren Buff De La Rosa, has deep roots in El Paso and a massive focus on supporting diabetic patients with same-day urgent appointments.
However, most of their high-end imaging gear is centralized at the West Side office. If you usually visit one of their other three locations, you will still have to drive across town for those specific scans.
