ABC Lock & Key has been serving the community since 1989. They’ve built a solid reputation for offering reliable locksmith services for homes, businesses, and vehicles.
We like them for convenience. You can walk into their shop at this location or call for mobile service anywhere in the El Paso area.
They handle all kinds of locksmith needs too. You can get keys duplicated, locks rekeyed, or new systems installed without any hassle.
Availability of products is also a major point. They sell safes, padlocks, and other security items in-store. The best part is that if something isn’t available, they’ll order it for you and let you know once it arrives.
Quality-wise, their work speaks for itself. The keys fit smoothly, the locks function properly, and all of these were done quickly.
Customer service is friendly and honest. In fact, they’ll recommend you to a different shop if they’re unable to deal with your concern.
However, it’s also their customer service that needs a bit of improvement. We contacted them via phone and noticed that response times were a bit slow at times. For emergencies, this may be a deal-breaker.

King’s Locksmith & Security is one of the more customer-focused locksmith services in El Paso.
Most of the clients we interviewed praised the team for being helpful and responsive. A common example is them going above and beyond to solve issues without unnecessary costs.
Their communication is another strong point. We communicated with them via text and received responses and updates promptly.
The same thing can be said about their service. They do their work fast and efficiently – we noticed many customers were in and out within minutes.
That said, not every experience has been positive. A few clients said that the store was closed during business hours. There were also a handful who were met with an unprofessional attitude during interactions.
Issues like these appear to be isolated, though.
On the good side, their pricing is among the most affordable we’ve reviewed. The rates are just within the city’s average, and they’re honest with their estimates and billing.
Plus, they have key blanks in stock that other stores don’t usually carry. This enables services to be carried out faster, especially if the client has specific requests.

Hassle-Free Lock & Key really lives up to its name. The hassle-free experience can be seen from their smooth and quick approach from start to finish.
The range of services is also great, covering everything from car remote and key replacements for homes and businesses.
If there’s something that stood out to us, it’s the level of dedication of their team. One client shared that a staff member went out of her way to help, even during a relatively busy day.
This was an automotive emergency, so it was truly a major help.
Customer service is definitely their biggest strength. The technicians are approachable and patient – clients feel more comfortable relaying requests, resulting in quick turnaround times without any issues.
The quality of work provided is high. According to customers, lock installations were done efficiently. Small jobs, like rekeying, were always precise and fast.
However, there were a few complaints that their rates are pricey. For example, programming a key fob can cost up to $500.
This place is quite busy too, so do expect some wait.

Founded in 2016, Locks, Keys and More is a veteran-owned business that’s known in the area for quick response times and quality work.
Their range of offerings is also pretty good. You can come to them to cut your keys, repair your locks, or handle any lock-related emergencies for businesses, homes, and cars.
Speaking of which, we heard many stories from past customers that their technicians arrived during tough conditions and still completed the job on time.
We liked that their technicians arrive promptly and communicate clearly throughout the process. Their staff was great to interact with too, as they’re friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings.
Pricing is fair. In fact, their rates are lower than dealership costs for car key replacements. However, it’s important to also take note that some of their offerings do cost more than smaller competitors.
The only issue we encountered was that there were occasional wait times for high-demand appointments, usually for advanced electronic lock installations.
For minor jobs, they can complete the tasks within an hour, occasionally within 10 to 30 minutes.

Most of the customers highlight how fast and reliable their team is. In fact, a customer even said that it only took them 45 minutes to work on their office lock. Another praised the technicians for showing up late at night to unlock a door in minutes.
Their process is simple and straightforward. The team communicates clearly, works neatly, and usually finishes within minutes.
We also appreciate their honesty in services – if they’re unable to work on a request, they recommend customers to a different shop.
There were also occasional extra touches, like offering a spare key at no additional cost. Just take note that this isn’t to be expected at all times.
If there’s something we’re not fully on board with, it’s that there were reports of price changes upon arrival. There were occasional issues with product quality, too, though they’re more proactive in addressing this concern.
