Sure, a few customers have complained about the initial diagnostic fees being a bit higher compared to some other companies. However, we think the perks with their customer care plan more than makes up for it.
We like that they do it all from installing new AC systems to repairing existing heating systems. Plus, SoBellas Home Services’ technicians are real professionals.

They’re particularly skilled with commercial kitchen refrigeration. Many businesses shared that the team kept their restaurant’s fridge cool and working all summer long.
We also think that their 42 years in the business really shows in their new construction expertise. They collaborate with architects to design HVAC systems that minimize energy efficiency and comfort.
Others we spoke to also appreciate their thorough maintenance services. People rave about their techs being kind mannered and never rude.
However, a few complained about how hard it is to schedule a maintenance visit. Thankfully, the team always calls back to work things out.

“Company sent out a tech same day, late afternoon, the day I called. All the other companies I called said we can get to you in a day or two. 3 ton needed a new capacitor. Unfortunately they couldn’t get to the repair for 3 days. Our house upstairs got to 94 degrees and the entire family and dog had to sleep downstairs for 3 days. It was tough, but we managed. Sergio came back and did the repair 3 days later and did a great job. Sergio was very friendly and was greatly skilled. Will use this company again if it is ever necessary. 4 stars because we had to wait 3 days for the repair.”

They offer specialized plans for refrigeration, evaporative cooling, and tankless water heater systems. These plans include three annual visits to ensure HVAC is working properly.
First visit in preparation for summer and the next is for winter. The last one is a maintenance visit to clean coils, change filters, and ensure proper function
For evaporative cooling systems, their plan includes two annual visits to winterize and summarize the system.
Those with tankless water heaters also get two visits for flushing the tank, descaling, and cleaning burners. During the visits, they also inspect everything to make sure all components are working correctly.
The clients we spoke to also value the peace of mind that comes with these maintenance plans. Others appreciate the very detailed service and kind customer care.
Some customers mentioned that the staff can be a little more punctual with timing. It can be frustrating having to wait for them.

“A team of two Technicians was sent to my home on the 28th of May 2025. They arrived promptly and were polite and courteous. They did their job proficiently and they were knowledgeable in their skill. A 3rd Technician showed up and a little later on he detected gas leaking from the gas meter which prompted me to call the gas co. They in turn fixed the leaks from the meter but detected a leak underground, which is being fixed. The electrician came later and did the final hook up and I am now the owner of refrigerated air in my home. So, congratulations to me! Thank you to all who participated in this success story. Their spring visit focuses on the outdoor system, including inspecting electrical components and cleaning the condenser coil. Meanwhile, the fall visit focuses on the indoor system, including inspecting the heat exchanger and checking for gas leaks.
It’s also awesome that their Hi-Tech Protection Plan includes perks like 15% off any repair, priority scheduling, and a free diagnostic fee for friends and family.
When we talked to customers, many loved that any payments toward the plan were refunded at the time of a new HVAC system installation. Plus, the flexible HVAC financing options they offer are helpful to many.
That said, their booking system can be annoying. Online appointments are not immediately confirmed. They require a follow-up call, which may cause delays in scheduling.
