Clean Swipe offers a wide range of services, from routine housekeeping to large office cleaning. What’s even more impressive is that they can handle challenging situations, such as homes neglected due to illness or properties with heavy odors.
Communication is strong, with staff promptly replying to clients for inquiries or follow-ups once the booking is completed. They also send reminders before scheduled cleanings, which is always a nice touch.
However, there are a few lapses that definitely need improvement. One of which is the fact that refunds are occasionally insufficient compared to what was originally charged.
On a more general view, though, the overall reception to their work quality is satisfactory. Clients emphasized to us that spaces were practically spotless. Cleanings are completed thoroughly, so complaints are rare.
Prices are just within the town’s average. While we did hear a few comments that they’re expensive, we think the value for money trumps the cost. Cleaners are efficient and respectful too, which is very crucial for trust-building.
