The cost of health care services in El Paso ranges from $30 to $34 per hour for a Home Health Aide, while full-time care can range from $4,000 to $6,000 per month. Payment can come from Medicare, Medicaid, or private pay.

Interim HealthCare stands out for its broad range of home health services. Some of their key offerings include skilled nursing, speech therapy, and personal care.
Part of their care includes personalized care plans. This gives room for adjustments as conditions and needs change.
We’re happy to note that their caregivers are highly trained. Patients also highlight a solid sense of professionalism and compassion.
In addition, Interim also collaborates with medical professionals. This ensures caregivers can report observations that support better outcomes.
Communication is seamless for families. The agency keeps families in the loop about appointments and patient updates.
And if ever the patient needs urgent care, they’re addressed promptly. They even provide additional caregivers when necessary.
We only encountered some issues with logistics. A family member reported that transportation drivers may sometimes block the ramps, causing risk of injury.
This appears to be an isolated case. The agency has also addressed the issue since then.

When we spoke with clients of Tender Care Home Health, we noticed that staff professionalism is frequently mentioned. During our interviews, families frequently highlight the personal attention and emotional support provided.
Communication is another strong point. Office staff maintain clear, timely updates with both families and physicians.
This approach ensures everyone is kept informed of appointments and changes in conditions. And if there are changes, concerns are dealt with promptly.
We also like how flexible their care management is. They tailor plans based on individual needs, whether it’s post-surgery recovery or hospice support.
Other touches make them a solid service too. Bilingual services and proactive family involvement make the care more accessible.
Families also confirmed that the onboarding is seamless and straightforward.
While everything seems positive, we did hear occasional miscommunications between staff and caregivers. This sometimes leads to scheduling errors and administrative delays.

We liked Alegre Home Health Care for their wide range of in-home care services. They cover everything from personal assistance to skilled nursing.
This makes it convenient for patients to access care under one roof.
Families consistently describe caregivers and nurses as attentive and compassionate. During our conversations, families also emphasized how flexible they are when dealing with patient needs.
We also like their communication. Supervisors are generally responsive, keeping families and staff informed via phone or text.
Most concerns are also addressed promptly and with care. We find this essential for situations requiring urgent medical needs.
Flexibility and accessibility were also key strengths. Alegre Home Health tailors care plans to individual needs, whether for ongoing assistance or intensive services.
Unfortunately, they may not be the easiest agency to reach for first-time clients. We heard a few issues wherein they’re difficult to reach them to get their services.
There were also minor issues regarding confusing charges. However, this appears to be rare.

The best thing about Always Best is their caregivers. Based on what we’ve gathered from families, they’re attentive, compassionate, and patient.
We also appreciate that they not only provide practical support but also emotional reassurance. For home health care, this is a major plus as it helps patients feel more at ease.
Their management team also impressed us with their communication. They’re proactive with check-ins, ensuring patients stay consistent with their provided care plans.
Flexibility is another strong suit. Care plans are adjusted to meet short-term recovery needs, ongoing daily support, and even 24-hour and live-in arrangements.
We also find their wide range of services valuable for various patient needs. They provide personal care, companionship, and hospital-to-home transitions.
However, the service isn’t perfect. A few families mentioned unexpected changes in caregiver assignments, affecting continuity of care.
Scheduling issues also occur once in a while. At least, their management addresses them promptly.

CARE Home Health impressed us with a wide range of things. For starters, their communication is solid. The prompt replies alone signal that they always keep families informed.
The breadth of services also earned our favor. Some of their key offerings include personal hygiene, meal prep, and escorting clients to appointments.
Most-needed services are handled by a single agency, making it convenient for families and patients.
We also love how professional their caregivers are. Families repeatedly say that they’re professional, courteous, and attentive.
A few even noted that they go the extra mile to take care of patients. This can be anything from adjusting care plans to working extra hours.
Another key advantage here is their veteran-friendly programs. This gives families access to tailored and VA-approved care.
That said, we noted a few minor inconsistencies. A few clients experienced delayed callbacks, which affected the way they access service.
We also wished there was better transparency regarding their rates.
