Always a great experience when I walk thru the door. Candice always provides me with a comfortable environment to get my waxing services done. She educates me on techniques to lessen my future hair worries and she always makes sure I’m well aware of what is happening while I get my services done. This is STUPID easy. Just STUPID. Why would anyone EVER shave when you can literally just get it waxed off. Totally UNBELIEVABLE customer service, they were TOO nice. My wax was done by Desiree and she was TERRIBLY good at her job. Kept me talking the whole way through, its like therapy and hair removal at the same time. I bought a sugar scrub which I already tested on my hands and I’m in love. The place had EXPENSIVE taste for their valued pricing. And I will NEVER be shaving again. If you’re going to the Fountain location(she’s currently on the West Side) I highly recommend Destiny V. she’s professional and make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve tried other girls but Destiny is highly recommended. She knows the true definition of a Brazilian wax, make sure all the hair is removed, takes her time, and double check her work.

I highly recommend this facility
I have been going to the Med Spa a little over a year now. There were issues a few months back, which have since been resolved. While the issues were due to the machine and out of the staff’s control they were still kind enough to offer a complimentary facial for the inconvenience. Since resuming treatment my technician, April has been great! April always makes me feel comfortable and recently went above and beyond for me with a discrepancy on my account. Excellent service!
