The range of services is good. They’re one of those one-stop places where you can get anything from concrete work to kitchen remodeling in El Paso.
Turnaround time is great for busy households. We did an estimate and found that the jobs can be completed within 2 to 3 days.
Of course, the level of workmanship is not sacrificed. Clients say everything is up to their expectations. We looked at the portfolio and also agreed with the attention to detail.
We liked that they always update clients on the progress. There was even one client who received reports during their time abroad.
And as people who love transparency, we do appreciate that they discuss all the full scope of work beforehand.

Responsiveness is definitely a kickass. The first time we inquired, they were immediately able to secure a schedule.
We find this a great advantage for households that prefer minimal disruptions to routines.
Taking a look at past projects, we can say that workmanship is among the best. They do flawless tile work and beautifully finished decks that meet clients’ visions.
We followed up with past clients, and they said not a single detail was sacrificed.
In line with this, communication is solid. We appreciate that they’re proactive with updates. At least clients don’t have to nag just to see progress.
We can say the same for their proactive suggestions, too. This can be especially great for clients who are unsure about design choices.
The only thing we’re not too keen about is the rates. They do seem expensive even for basic work.

K3 brings over 25 years of experience. We got a buzz about their services, and they basically ticked our key criteria.
Based on past clients’ comments, the timing is solid. We’ve never heard a complaint about delays. Projects are consistently finished on time.
The pricing is not too bad. While it’s not the cheapest, we appreciate how it’s still competitive for most property owners.
Both commercial and residential clients said the value for money is good.
One of the things that really earned their trust is the commitment. Project specifications are well laid out. They can also customize solutions to meet specific standards.
Other than going beyond client expectations, accessibility is good.
They’re open 24 hours a day. If urgent work may not be possible, at least we know there’s staff to take inquiries, get updates from, or book a job in advance.
That said, you may need to book a schedule in advance during busy seasons. Spring and summer are quite popular times among locals.
