They’re known in El Paso for planning inclusive, multicultural celebrations, from traditional Indian and Jewish weddings to LGBTQ+ events.
It’s really impressive how they manage the whole room and event. They’re not just focused on aesthetics. Their full planning service also covers the logistical management of their customers’ budgets and vendors.
Among their services, it was the “Month of Coordination” that stood out the most to us. It’s a great choice for those who want to do the work but still relax on the big day. The team steps in to ensure the flowers arrive and the music starts on time.
For those who want to leave town, their destination service is excellent. They specialize in weddings across the United States and Mexico, handling the travel logistics.
However, they are so popular that their calendar fills up very quickly for holiday weekends. We highly recommend reaching out early.

It’s really impressive how Three Sisters builds every event from scratch. They’re a boutique wedding planner in El Paso, but their small size doesn’t limit their capability.
We found their “You Name It We Will Design It” attitude very refreshing because it shows their event planners aren’t afraid of a little challenge. They can come up with unique celebrations that don’t look like anyone else’s wedding.
One wedding we came across was a ballroom-style reception, where the team designed a custom layout that met the bride’s desires and preferences.
We also appreciate that they handle business-related events, such as conferences and galas. They also do baby showers, retirements, and holiday parties.
The best part is they provide round-the-clock service. This is very important, especially for big events that require high-level logistics.
On the downside, it can take longer to get the initial design proposal back with their feedback because everything is custom-made.

If we had to describe Fancy and Royal Events in one word, it would be bold. We really like how they prioritize the guest experience and visual impact.
Their custom balloon backdrops and luxury dessert tables are not subtle, and that’s exactly the point.
We especially appreciate their attention to themed details. The macarons and dipped treats on their dessert tables are styled to match any event theme, so they never look out of place.
They also offer vintage-style mobile carts for slushies, ice cream, or margaritas. Their luxury boho picnics, on the other hand, feel trendy without being sloppy.
For weddings, we love how organized they are. They conduct a venue search and give their clients a detailed spreadsheet of locations and costs. They also handle the small stuff like RSVP management and guest gifts.
The only drawback is their limited availability. Since they only take a limited number of weddings each year to maintain quality, you have to commit early or risk missing out.

I Do Weddings & Events has over 22 years of experience, which makes them a very reliable party planner in El Paso. They have a passion for fantasy quinceañeras and sweet sixteen parties, along with weddings.
We really like their No Stress in the Dress day-of service. It’s designed for brides who did their own planning but want a pro to implement the design.
The Partial Planning option is also appealing for clients who enjoy being hands-on but need professional structure. But if you don’t have the time to oversee the planning, they can also handle everything from the initial consultation to the final floor plan.
Their experience with timelines and ceremony rehearsals is also impressive. Many clients shared that their experience really helped keep the day calm and on track.
We also appreciate that they include free delivery and setup for rental items.
What we are less enthusiastic about is the occasional communication delay. For some clients, reaching the team required follow-up, which can be frustrating during an already stressful planning period.

What we like immediately about Jocabed Cajiga is the clarity of her tiered packages. We find it refreshing when a planner lays out options in a straightforward way so clients can easily see what fits their budget.
If we’re going to recommend something to couples, it’s the Concept Design package. It’s perfect for couples stuck in beginning and just need a professional mood board and budget breakdown to get started.
Those who need more help, her Total Planning service includes a bridal assistant for six hours on the wedding day. Several brides mentioned that having a personal assistant to handle their dress and schedule was a lifesaver.
We also think it’s great that she offers Premium Wedding Day Coordination for two locations, like a church and a reception hall.
For those in a rush, her Mastery Urgency package is a compact option for those who need help with final touches or who have encountered an unexpected crisis. It’s available 2 to 4 months before the event.
We’re just not huge fans of the 10% commission on vendor follow-ups.
