Premier Window & Door met all the basics we’re looking for in a reliable provider. They deal with a wide range of repair issues, including hinge adjustment, frame restoration, and lock and handle fixes.
Apart from the ability to handle various issues, we also liked the quality of their workmanship. A big sign of this is the overwhelmingly positive response to their work – clients said installations and repairs are “near flawless.”
The fact that they accept non-standard jobs is also a great consideration (one example is being able to swap a window for a door and vice versa). They’re flexible with design as well, with clients noting how easily they matched door styles with the home’s design.
Their customer service and communication make the entire experience more seamless. We find them responsive and courteous, keeping clients in the loop with any progress.
