We chose Total Cleaning because they’re one of the few cleaning services in El Paso that can handle everything, from a home deep clean to high-rise window washing.
Their bundled janitorial packages for businesses combine restroom supplies, floor care, and window cleaning into one easy bill. This is very convenient for business owners who don’t want to contact multiple companies just for cleaning and restocking supplies.
Several business owners we talked to shared that the results are satisfactory too. They reported sparkling floor tiles and excellent bathroom sanitation.
We also like how punctual their cleaning crew is. One restaurant owner said their cleaning crew arrived promptly and got to work right away.
They are quite flexible too. For homes, they offer one-time cleaning and recurring too. Clients can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on their needs.
One family told us they’ve used Total Cleaning for monthly home cleanings for two years, and the team always remembers to wipe down their skylights and clean water spots off glass doors.
However, their focus on large contracts means residential clients sometimes have to wait a week or more for first-time appointments.

What we really love about them is that they pay close attention to every high-touch surface, from door handles and light switches to fridge seals. They use hospital-grade solutions too, which are highly effective in killing foodborne bacteria.
Some families who hired EP’s move-in disinfecting service even said that their kitchens were visibly cleaner and smeller fresher. That’s probably why we heard many share that their home was truly sanitized from top to bottom.
The best part is that the disinfectant works on dust mite and cockroach allergens too. Plus, it’s low-toxicity and family-safe, so it’s perfect for homes with kids.
EP Disinfecting isn’t just for residential homes too. A few businesses we spoke to were also very happy with the team’s cleaning service. Many even noted that EP’s weekly cleaning service eliminates odors fast.
The only real drawback is that their cleaning crew does take a while to arrive. We’ve heard a few complaints about them arriving late.

Top Tier Home Cleaning made our list because their detail-focused approach delivers genuinely spotless results. They treat every nook and cranny with the same care.
They offer three distinct service tiers. Their essential basic cleaning includes everything from vacuuming under couches to bathroom cleaning and light organizing.
The premium deep cleaning service covers baseboards, ceiling fans, and interior windows, which are things other cleaners may gloss over. Several of their clients appreciated how they couldn’t find a single stain in sight on their glass windows.
Their move-out package includes an extensive clean-out, including removing dust bunnies from blinds and shutters and cleaning inside cabinets and drawers. A few people told us their landlords said the place looked better than when they moved in.
Their cancellation policy isn’t too bad. Cancel within 48 hours, and they give credit for future services.
However, their strict 24-hour cancellation fee for full charges can be a problem if something comes up unexpectedly. A few of their clients had to cancel and pay the full cost due to dealing with emergencies at the last second.
Very thorough and left our home feeling like new again.

Their hourly cleaning service is perfect for people who don’t need a full home clean.
A few people we spoke to who only needed help with a few things told us the team worked exactly as long as requested without pushing for more time.
Their deep cleaning also tackles neglected areas like under furniture and inside appliances. Homeowners were shocked to see how much dust had built up under their beds.
We were impressed by their post-construction cleaning work the most. They get rid of every speck of drywall dust after renovations, even from inside light fixtures.
However, their pricing is based on the size of the space and services needed, which can make it hard to compare costs upfront.
Cleaning crew was very detail-oriented and left it spotless.

Rico’s Cleaning’s $99 first-clean deal is one of the best values we’ve seen for maid service in El Paso so far. Their team dusts all surfaces, mops floors, scrubs the bathroom, and wipes down all kitchen appliances.
Their basic cleaning includes simple organizing too, which is a big help to anyone who has papers and clothes scattered around.
A few families we spoke to use their deep cleaning service every few months. They raved about how their crew takes extra time on baseboards and window blinds.
We love that Rico’s also offers extras like doing dishes or folding laundry for a small fee.
However, they don’t offer specialized services like carpet steam cleaning, exterior window washing, or odor remediation. Anyone who needs those will have to look elsewhere.
Also, their cleaners won’t move heavy objects over 30 pounds, so they won’t be able to clear under beds or behind couches.
