The 5 Best Chiropractors in El Paso to Say Goodbye to Back Pain

best-chiropractor-el-paso
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Military and Injury Rehabilitation: We specifically looked for chiropractors with documented experience treating service-related musculoskeletal conditions, not just general back pain.

Bilingual Practice Capability: El Paso has a big Hispanic population, so a chiropractor who cannot communicate fluently in Spanish creates an immediate barrier to proper intake, accurate diagnosis, and follow-up care.

Treatments: We asked providers whether they address nutrition and lifestyle factors as part of their treatment plans, rather than simply treating back pain symptoms in isolation. Providers who take a whole-patient approach got our vote.

Condition Coverage: We evaluated whether providers have demonstrated experience across a range of common conditions, including herniated discs, auto accident rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

Anyone who has ever woken up and spent a full minute negotiating with their back before getting out of bed knows that finding the right chiropractor matters.

The problem is that the right provider can look different depending on your routine. A Fort Bliss veteran with old service injuries won’t necessarily need the same approach as a warehouse worker lifting heavy boxes every day.

That’s exactly why we did the homework that most people don’t have time to do. We looked into the best chiropractors in El Paso so you can stop scrolling, stop second-guessing, and actually get the help your back has been asking for.

After intensive research, several interviews, and track record evaluation, here are the chiropractors we found worth booking an appointment with!

How much does it cost to see a chiropractor in El Paso?

It costs at least $15 per visit to see a chiropractor in El Paso. This is just an estimate. The actual cost is dependent on the chiropractic clinic you choose to go to, their session pricing, and more.

At El Paso Chiropractic and Personal Injury Group PA, Dr. Alex Jimenez builds a complete picture of the person before he touches anything. We think that makes a real difference in the quality of care that follows.

His clinical focus centers on chiropractic subluxations. This is when a vertebra shifts out of alignment and begins pressing on nearby nerves.

Using palpation, a hands-on method of detecting problem areas through touch, he locates exactly where the issue lives in the spine.

It’s precise, methodical work. We appreciated how clearly he explained the process to patients rather than just performing it on them.

The clinic runs deeper than a standard chiropractic office, and we mean that. Services include lab diagnostics, functional naturopath wellness assessments, and multiple massage therapy styles. They offer a true holistic chiropractic experience in El Paso.

We spoke with former patients who had been managing sciatica for over a year. Many of them really appreciated the structured course of spinal adjustments and found the massage therapy relaxing.

The one honest downside we found? Online booking runs 24 hours a day, so getting the earliest appointment isn’t always easy.

Pros

  • Focus on chiropractic subluxations
  • Thorough pre-treatment assessment
  • Lab diagnostics and wellness assessments
  • Massage therapy included in treatments
  • 24 hours online booking

Cons

  • Early appointment slots fill quickly

2. Balance for Life Chiropractic / Liliana Sifuentes DC

balance-for-life-chiropractic-liliana-sifuentes-dc

Address: 9005 Dyer St B

Contact Details: +19157519791

Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8 AM to 12 PM & 2 PM to 6 PM

Balance for Life’s front desk immediately leaves a good impression on visitors. The staff greets the patients warmly and consistently, unlike the rehearsed hospitality that fades the moment eye contact breaks.

Patients we spoke with also loved how attentive Dr. Sifuentes is. They shared that she walked them through every step before doing anything, which helped them feel informed and comfortable rather than rushed through the process.

We also love the layered treatment philosophy here. They pair spinal adjustment clinic techniques with cold therapy, electrotherapy, and massage instead of just relying on spinal adjustments alone.

We think this approach strengthens the results of each adjustment. Many patients shared that the relief lasted longer compared with single-treatment visits at other clinics.

We were also impressed by the range of chiropractic injuries they treat. Patients come here for auto accidents, work injuries, and sports-related pain. Some even come here for weight-loss support!

That said, we heard that the wait in the waiting room is a bit of a drag. A few patients said they scrolled on their phones for 30 minutes before being called.

Pros

  • Friendly, attentive front desk
  • Clear step-by-step explanations
  • Multi-therapy approach to adjustments
  • Longer-lasting relief
  • Treats a wide range of chiropractic injuries

Cons

  • Wait time can reach 30 minutes

They crack me like a glow stick every time

“Love coming here for my treatments. Dr. SiFuentes and the new doctor are very nice! They crack me like a glow stick every time.😂 The staff always welcomes me with a smile, yet gets me through my treatment in a timely manner. I love getting my massages by the taller gentleman (maybe Joseph is his name? I have the worst memory) and Renee! Also, Lisa runs that place like the military while also being the sweetest to both patients and co-workers! They’re amazing!! 10/10 and could not recommend this place more to people needing treatment!”

The care I get here is top-notch

‘The staff here is amazing, and I have nothing but good things to say. The care I get here is top notch, definitely will recommend anyone to give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed. Everyone here is knowledgeable and will help you the best way they can.”

When we asked around for chiropractor recommendations in El Paso, Sime Chiropractic Clinic kept coming up in conversations. Locals seemed to love the clinic’s individualized plans that combine spinal adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and corrective exercises.

Several people we spoke to said the corrective exercises helped relieve their pain from poor posture in just a few weeks. Others also appreciated that the team fit them with custom orthotics for less strain on their feet.

The clinic also offers Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy. This is a noninvasive treatment that uses focused light energy to reduce inflammation and accelerate tissue repair at a cellular level.

We were glad to see this option available for patients who prefer recovery methods with minimal added risk.

Their treatment menu further extends to cupping therapy, Kinesio taping, spinal decompression, and therapeutic massage. Physiotherapists are also involved when rehabilitation becomes part of the recovery, which we found reassuring.

Our one honest gripe is that with so many treatment options, new patients can feel overwhelmed deciding where to start.

Pros

  • Individualized plans
  • Corrective exercises for posture pain
  • Custom orthotics for foot support
  • Deep tissue laser therapy
  • Wide range of rehab treatments.

Cons

  • Can be overwhelming

You will not find anywhere better

“My family and I have been coming for the last 13yrs. Dr. David, Dr. Norma Sime and the rest of the staff are always professional and caring. I have never had anything negative to say. You will not find anywhere better for your chiropractic or physical therapy needs!!”

Excellent customer service and chiropractors

“Excellent customer service and chiropractors are Very Professional and Awesome at their job.  I recommend Sime Chiropractic to everyone!!!!”

4. Dr. Carlos M. Gonzalez, DC

Address: 512 Palmary Dr

Contact Details: +19153832273

Operating Hours: Sunday – 9 AM to 5 PM

Dr. Carlos M. Gonzalez caught our attention with his use of spinal inversion therapy. This technique creates space between the vertebrae, allowing discs and nerves to decompress naturally.

He often applies this approach with patients who have already tried other treatments without lasting relief. Former patients we spoke with shared that this focus on decompression really helped them address stubborn spinal issues.

His Spine Align device is also impressive. Dr. Gonzales developed it to extend that decompression work between clinic visits.

Rather than hanging from the ankles, which strains the joints, it uses body weight while hanging from the thighs. A few patients reported starting it and noticing relief within weeks.

For in-person visits, he uses roller massage wave beds before adjustment. The rolling pressure loosens tight muscles, so less force is needed during spinal correction.

We also love that Dr. Gonzalez teaches corrective exercises patients can do at home to protect their progress. In complex cases, he works alongside orthopedic specialists to ensure patients get the right level of care.

It’s just a bit disappointing to hear complaints about the call being dropped occasionally while some patients were trying to book appointments.

Pros

  • Focus on spinal inversion therapy
  • Great Spine Align decompression device
  • Pre-adjustment roller massage beds
  • Teaches corrective exercises
  • Works with orthopedic specialists

Cons

  • Hard to book via phone

Amazing Doctor

“Amazing Doctor, I was not able to walk correctly! he is so knowledgeable with helpful information and uses visuals to understand what is happening with my back. The stretches were amazing, I can confidently say i have a chiropractor doctor who I will always be going back to when needed.”

It was great to find a chiropractor that takes walk-ins

“Dr. Gonzalez did a fantastic job giving me a full back and neck adjustment. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel right at home. It was great to find a chiropractor that takes walk-ins if his time permits. I was needing a back adjustment before I traveled out of town for the week and he was able to fit me into his schedule on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez.”

5. RC Chiropractic, LLC

Car accidents can leave behind injuries that linger far longer than expected, so we paid close attention when locals mentioned RC Chiropractic, LLC. It’s led by Nurse Cazares, who brings 16 years of focused experience in chiropractic care for car accident injuries.

What we really love about this clinic is how they provide support beyond treatment alone. Nurse Cazares connects patients with trusted personal injury attorneys to make sure the legal side of the process does not fall apart while the physical side heals.

Every visit opens with a quick evaluation of how the previous session went. When a condition falls outside of chiropractic scope, Cazares refers patients to the appropriate specialist without hesitation.

The clinic uses decompression to gently stretch the spine, encouraging spinal discs to retract and allow fluids to return to the tissue for natural repair.

It’s a solid non-surgical option for back pain treatment in El Paso, and we were glad to see it used as a primary tool.

The Graston Technique is also part of the toolkit here. It uses specially designed stainless steel instruments that glide across the skin to detect and break up scar tissue and soft tissue restrictions.

Many patients we interviewed said that after several Graston sessions combined with targeted stretching and strengthening, they improved in their mobility.

That said, those looking for spine specialist care or a pediatric chiropractor in El Paso may want to look elsewhere.

Pros

  • Focus on car accident chiropractic care
  • 16 years of accident injury experience
  • Connects patients with lawyers
  • Careful progress check at each visit
  • Uses decompression
  • Graston Technique

Cons

  • Limited pediatric or specialist services

They have relieved my back pain

“Dr.Cazares and his entire staff have been totally awesome. They have relieved my back pain and have me walking up straight again”

Dr. Cazares is very professional and all the staff is great

“At RC Chiropractic, Dr. Cazares is very professional and all the staff is great! They work well with patients needs and Dr.C is honest and will help you better any problems that have come from injury from athletics or from motor vehicle accidents and many different injuries. Once you go in you wont want to go anywhere else!”
