We also enjoyed speaking to their staff and workers. A big part of this is because of how responsive they are, absolutely respecting our time. Even for minor questions, they replied promptly.
However, it would be unfair to disregard a few complaints. Some clients said it was difficult to reach them for scheduling.
These were during peak periods in the springtime, though, so demand was naturally high. Hence, availability was limited.
The same could be said during their installation process. A client said that they received detailed project plans with photos and estimated costs.

We don’t often come across businesses that have robust project management, so DD Turf really won us over. The testimonies of the clients all ring the same praises: projects were finished on time, and they leave the worksite absolutely spotless too.
Looking into their portfolio, the turf is always precisely installed. The seams and edges were all clean and trimmed with care.
We barely encountered a client who wasn’t happy with their work. This is likely because of their flexible approach. The company walks clients through turf options, often recommending ones that work best for their property and needs.
Because clients are well-informed, they make a choice that’s most satisfactory to them.
What else is satisfactory? The pricing. Although they’re not the cheapest option we’ve encountered, the rates are reasonable. The quality of the work speaks for itself.
We mostly have nothing but nice things to say, but it’s actually quite difficult to book them the first time. There’s a waiting list, and it’s not always certain when you’re guaranteed a visit.

Turf Pros is one of our favorites when it comes to the range of products. They have Natural, Pro, and Supreme series, as well as specialized options for golf use.
But if we liked the range, we loved the quality better. Every product features a durable polyurethane backing. They’re also UV-resistant and have a natural C-blade design that mimics real grass.
A 16-year limited warranty applies as well.
With all the features they boast, you’d think they’d charge premium pricing. Fortunately, their offerings are still relatively competitive.
Their installation services are just as good. The company accommodates both residential and commercial projects, with a portfolio that boasts nothing but good outcomes.
This is largely thanks to their turf technology that comes with resilient molecular structures designed for high foot traffic and extreme weather conditions.
However, while they assist with calculations and materials, full installation services may need to be arranged separately in some locations. It’s best to contact a different provider if you can’t make these arrangements on your own.
