Their air duct cleaning service is very thorough too, as backed by homeowners we talked to. One person shared that Total Air’s tech dismantled a clogged return vent and vacuumed out a mulch of pet hair and construction debris.

We love how thorough Mechanical Technologies’ team is. They hunt down every crumb, speck, and mystery object hiding in their customers’ vents.
Plus, we love that they take care of people’s furniture in the process. A homeowner shared with us that the team sealed their furniture with plastic wrap before spending hours digging out chunks of drywall and sawdust from their ducts.
Their attention to detail is really impressive. They vacuum dust bunnies the size of tumbleweeds from the ducts, hand-scrub grime off the blower fan blades, and clear cobwebs from the air handler.
They even clean the interior of the HVAC thoroughly, as it helps clear out the piling up debris. This has also helped many people breathe better, and their energy bills have dropped.
As far as their customer service goes, most people had nothing but good things to say. Their technicians show up at homes on time, they answer questions patiently, and explain their cleaning process beforehand.
